McKettrick's Luck (McKettrick Men, 1) Mass Market Paperback – December 27, 2011

Loved this book. Loved al of the characters, too. Everyone felt so real, and the dialogue between all of the characters were great, and very believable. I loved watching the relationship between Cheyanne and Jesse slowly grow into something more romantic, but it was Mitch that stole my heart. To be so young, and feel like your life as you knew it was gone, yet....still not willing to let things go. Wanting to find a purpose in life, and feel like he could contribute in some way. And in the end, he really did come through when it mattered the most.

Great interesting page turnerL Glad to recommend to other Miller followers. Have been reading her for year. Never met a professional gambler .Grangfather always said life was an amazing struggle (gamble) anyone ever started or hoped to finish..

I really like to read about families and how they handle everyday situations. This is a part of a series giving a glimpse of a family over a long period of time: How the various generations interact and how the family grows and changes. A most enjoyable series.

Another great read by Linda Lael Miller. This lady is one of my favorite western romance writers. Things just seem to go right when you go home!!Life seems to start when this lady and her family come home without the best intentions, but oh, what a way to start!!

The strong McKettrick family makes for entertainting reading time after time.

Linda Lael Miller has become my favorite writer. Her books have everything to make a story good. I love the humor she put in this book. All of her characters have a lot of depth to them and I like that. I have already started on her next McKettrick book (regarding Keegan). I couldn't wait to start reading it. I have already read the McKettricks of Texas and loved those very much. I am looking forward to her next series - Big Sky Country. All in all I think you can see I really like her books.

Cheyenne learned to not compromise her beliefs and stood up for herself. Jesse should have been honest with Cheyenne from the start but the same goes for her. Mitch needs to be treated as a normal person and Jesse taught Cheyenne that and to not worry or baby her brother that wants to live his life. They will all be able to live life to the fullest now that the secrets are gone. Cheyenne and Jesse make a beautiful couple.
