Really nice mug, just as it is pictured .. seems sturdy and of good quality. only minor complaint is that it holds exactly 20 oz.. if you have preset amounts like I do on my coffee maker, be careful because 20 oz fills it practically right to the brim with little room for splashes as you walk from where your coffee maker is to where ever you have to go with it.. could stand to have a tad bit more room for this, but is manageable.. other than that, it is a very nice mug.

My sister is a hardcore NBC fan, so each birthday and holiday I give her something with the theme. I saw this mug and knew it would be part of this year's birthday gift, and she absolutely loved it! It is large, holds 20 oz, so I know it will be getting a lot of use for her fave homemade macchiatos, oatmeal and soups. It was also a reasonable price for a great gift🎁

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this to gift to a co-worker for Secret Santa, so I won’t be using it but I’m sure it does what a mug is supposed to do.

This my second purchasing this huge coffee mug. The first mug was given to a friend. So decided loved it so much I would buy it a second time. It is ideal for the daily/hrly coffee drinker. Sturdy handle, well crafted, great design too! Made out of quality for sure! Would highly recommend it!

I love the mug, the picture is great and it’s a very solid product. We have ordered two of them now but the only issue is that they did not arrive in the navy blue/purple color we were expecting and that the ad shows. There is no color selection in the ad so we were not expecting the teal color they are. Not unhappy, but not completely satisfied either.
