Works good. Microwave to remove moisture.

These work to a point. For regular shoes they will likely do the trick. But I use them for dance and athletic shoes and folks, there is only so much a deodorizer can do inside those sweaty pairs. Still if I leave these inside the shoes a minimum of 24 hours they do cut down on the acrid odo quite a bit. I keep a couple inside my gym bag as well. The sun does seem to reactivate the charcoal but I have no proof of that. Overall, not bad if I remember to put them inside my shoes after every wearing.

It seems to work really well on newer pairs of shoes but my older shoes still have a smell to them.

I used them for my sports shoes that get really sweaty and then go in a bag before coming home to get aired out. The were STINKY! After 2 days using these bags, they now have zero smell. Impressive

I love these - they do work! I have noticed a significant decrease in how smelly my shoes are. Obviously they don't help with the cause of the odor but they definitely help with reducing how my shoes smell. The instructions said they only need to be in the sun like once a month but I rotate them out regularly so they have time to air out as well. I put them in all my shoes!

I have a built-in shoe closet in my apartment. The door keeps the shoe odour from spreading in the apartment but the closet itself smells so I got these. They don't eliminate the odour completely but work pretty well. I have a dozen shoes in the closet. It still smells but it's not as strong as before. It's tricky to "recharge" these year-round because winters are pretty grey here. I wish there was another way to recharge them.

The media could not be loaded.  I use these in my skates, being that I skate for several hours and that my feet sweat may soak into the material..... these are perfect for eliminating the odor that it may cause. I've been skating in these skates for about 3 years now and with these I was able to elinate my use of moth balls which was a sub idea I came up with and when I saw these I was interested in trying it. I am impressed. I got a few for my son and his skates and it's been working well. I suggest you try these if you may have a foot odor problem I'm your shoes.
