Take not that this product does contain sulfites, if this causes problems for you then skip this one. I must admit, I didn't read that part of the ingredient list or I would have skipped it. The powder tastes good, and mixes easily in water. I use various powders and 'shots' for a supplement to pick me up and help to get my brain online for work. This is okay, and so far I am not noticing any connection to migraines with this product. No headaches either, yet. I'm not feeling great right now and am trying a cold remedy right now so I will most likely wait and try this product again when I am feeling better. It's a good flavor though, and if you add it to a smoothie, it will do nicely.4 stars. Wish the ingredients were less worry inducing for me, as I do take care to avoid migraines and body issues related to migraine.

I really love this company. I have been taking their tablets for years (which are great). I was excited to try this Collagen powder mix. When it arrived, I was disappointed the second I opened the container. The scent was strong and unpleasant. I tried it anyhow.I have tried this a few different times now and in different manners. I have tried adding it to a shaker bottle, a half empty water bottle, using a frother. It does not blend well or completely. Even if you do get it mostly blended, it settles and separates rather quickly. I had one bottle I mixed ahead of time. That will not work for this product.On top of that, the taste is not great. It is not undrinkable flavor-wise, but it is not something you want to drink either. As I said, I have tried this several times. I have ended up pouring out most of the drink each time. After a few sips, I just cannot do it anymore.I personally will be sticking with the Neocell tablets. I would not recommend this and will be tossing what is left.

I finished the entire container and will be using this from now on.The taste is pleasant, very light.I mix with about a quarter cup of room temp water, then incorporate another six ounces of chilled water. Minimal residue is left in the empty glass.I drink espresso in the morning, so I doubt I felt any effects from the green tea. Nothing stands out.I look forward to drinking this every morning.I am over 50 and need the boost this provides. I have been using collagen powder for a couple of years. It works in combination with water intake, diet, rest, avoiding the sun, skincare. Speaking of skincare, you are wasting money on expensive products without treating your skin issues from the inside out as well.My new favorite morning collagen drink. I highly recommend this.

So, I take it fairly regularly now, especially as I get older.This is a good collagen supplement with some added chemicals that may help improve skin health (astaxanthin in particular).It is also branded as a product that is meant to wake you up, since it contains green tea extract, which has caffeine in it. So be aware that it can wake you up, so you may not want to take it later in the day.I personally don't necessarily need flavored collagen to wake me up, but if that is your thing, this is a good option. And, it doesn't taste too bad.

Just want to give everyone a heads up in case some folks thought that this is a product you can take anytime of day. It contains caffeine from the green tea extract. It doesn't seem like a lot of it but just know that it's there in case you are sensitive. The label indicates that it's 40 mg of caffeine per serving. A serving size is two tablespoons. That's more than most collagen supplements, but this contains more than just collagen. It also has a fruit blend. Various concentrates and extracts of superfruits are also in this product. It's sweet but not too sweet.If you don't like the flavor, it's easy to mix into a smoothie. To me it tastes like orange with a hint of berry, even though it's called blood orange and apricot flavor.
