Great sparring gloves.
I have been using these gloves since summer of 2016, and I felt obligated to write a review as a testimony to the quality of the glove (from my perspective).I needed to find replacement gloves for my weathered and beaten down Sandees that I had been using for some time, and I was stuck between buying the Revgear Sentinels or Fairtex. Fairtex is a well known brand in Thai boxing and are generally more expensive. However, after doing research I decided to give Revgear a chance, and I am so glad that I did.I have been using these gloves for everything, from bag work to sparring, and they are still in great condition. There is no cracking of the leather around the knuckles and there is only minor wearing in the decals on the glove. The gloves, like mostly all others, features a grip bar so making a fist feels better in them. The wide wrist strap of the glove provide a secure feeling when wearing and great wrist support when hitting, and because the wrist straps are elastic, you can modify the fit according to the preference of the wearer (the elastic wrist strap is something not inclusive in all gloves, which typically have an all leather strap). Along with the extra wrist support, there is also extra padding that runs the length of the inside and outside wrists, which provide good protection from kicks thrown by those "head-hunters" in your local gym. I like to pad my knuckles when wrapping my hands and because I have larger hands it can make fitting them inside certain gloves a little uncomfortable. However, this has never been the case for these gloves. Without hand-wraps, there is excessive movement of my hands in the gloves; however, once I wrap my hands the gloves secure perfectly. I also really enjoy the craftsmanship inside the glove. Have you ever worn those gloves where there is excess material on the interior lining of the glove? It's like fighting through folds of loose skin to get the gloves on. That is not the case with these gloves. There is no excess material, so your hands slip right in. I'm not sure what the interior material is, but it's not cloth like a lot of other gloves; however, I found it to still be comfortable after wearing for a couple of hours. The long palm opening also provides great ventilation for your hands (I extend my fingers between rounds and feel air come into my gloves). While these gloves are great for sparring, I find them sort of lacking when it came to bag work. When hitting the heavy-bag or Thai pads I just don't get as much feedback as I would with other gloves I've worn (probably due to the padding in the knuckles). Which is really my only gripe with the gloves. I've included pictures to show how the gloves compare to another set of gloves I have.In conclusion, great overall glove for the price, and would recommend to any one with larger hands. The quality and durability of the gloves are great as they have maintained the desirable qualities after a year of use (3-4 times a week). The gloves are great for sparring, but for me, lack when it comes to bag work.

Comfy and solid
I got this pair to replace my first 'standard issue' kickboxing gloves that came free with a kickboxing class. The step up in quality is so obvious it is scary. While the price might seem high, remember that if you do kickboxing or other martial art several times a week, these gloves will be worth it. The extra support in the wrist with the gel and the wide velcro makes a big improvement. Also, I keep glove dogs in them and they don't stink as bad. I think the vent in the palm area is better and allows more air flow to keep the nasties from growing. My old gloves left my wrists feeling sore after an hour on the heavy bag. With these, I feel fine and I can push harder during my workout. One of my sparing partners even commented that he doesn't mind sparing with me versus some of the other students because my gloves don't scratch him and the thumbs don't catch his face with a poke. For your own comfort and your sparing partner's, these gloves are fantastic.

Good for big hands. Very comfy on Heavy Bag.
I have big hands, wearing an XXL regular glove. My fingers push the limits of this glove, but it works a hell of a lot better than all others I have tried. Very comfy, very cushioned on the heavy bag. I love these gloves! Spend the money and ditch your run of the mill Everlast gloves.

Not too Shabby
So far so good I'm a little skeptical about the matierial it's made out of I really don't expect them to last a long time. There is plenty of room for my hands when then wrapped and I think once I break them in on the bag I'll be able to spar with them.

mismatched sizes
Bought these gloves for a client. Delivered to client and discovered several weeks later one glove is 16 oz and one glove is 14 oz. Too late for a return and don't know how to correct this issue.
