I did my homework before buying these beads because I have heard it's important to make sure they are keratin beads. These indeed are keratin beads of good quality. I found that using one bead was enough to make the tips. Will order from seller again when I need more, which probably will not be for awhile since you get so many!

I am a hair stylists and have worked with a ton of keratin tip hair extensions and this is definitely not regular keratin or keratin at all. It burns weird, and smells different. And when applied to the hair it’s more like a glue and dries white with patches. I am so disappointed...

I don't know why they have this as Keratin --- it's not. It is regular hot glue for art projects or extensions you plan to put in beads not heat and attach to the client's hair. I was in a rush and put this in my client's hair. When it was time to remove the regular Keratin remover did NOT work. I had to reheat the glue in the client's hair then put coconut oil to help break up glue. DO NOT USE FOR KERATIN HAIR EXTENSIONS!!! This is really for art projects or "I" tips that will be installed with metal beads only!!!!

If I could give these NO star I would!! This is hot glue, not keratin glue and I guess I’ll be using it to make crafts because it doesn’t not adhere hair to other hair. It cools faster than you can get it from a heating pot to the person’s head. Trust me! We made SEVERAL attempts! It’s was terrible! Couldn’t use it at all for hair extensions!! Extremely disappointed!! A waste of money!!
