Don’t waste your money.I bought this monitor for my newborn, we have used it for 4 months.First of all, the app and the monitor has constant ads popping up, which i originally found annoying..,but could get past.About 3 months into using, the separate monitor froze and stopped working. I then continued to use my phone/iPad. Within about two weeks following, the camera itself completely stopped working while saying it is “offline”.We have tried everything to get it up and running again.There is no phone number accessible to speak to someone through costumer service. I had to send an email and wait TWO WEEKS for a response. When I finally did get a response, it was a very complicated list of steps to go through. They followed up by saying I need to send in video showing myself going through the said “steps” before they will even discuss replacing it.I have now went a month without a proper baby monitor and it has been very stressful, as my baby sleeps in her room.I’m not one to post reviews, but I’m very disappointed in this product and the costumer service of the Hubble company.I wish I would have spent the extra money on a monitor that wasn’t going to give me any issues.

This monitor has excellent night vison. The picture quality on the device is also of great quality, and I am able to rely on it to show all the different dynamics of the room easily. The battery life is average.

Horrible Monitor. Purchased prior to baby being born. Tested it and it worked fine. However within a week of baby being born it stopped working. It had been over 30 days (god forbid we purchase something ahead of the baby being born) so Amazon would not exchange it. I went directly through the company and they sent just the camera as a replacement (missing the crib mount). I contacted them again because the camera still would not work with the crib mount. They made me record a video of the camera not working to prove that the setup was not functioning. At this point I have been without a monitor for over a month and will not receive the new crib mount for another 2 weeks. Do not waste your money on this product.

I would give this zero stars. This camera worked for us for about 3 months and then kept losing connection. We tried every trouble shooting item we could think of and my husband is in IT. He finally found a way to reach out to the “customer support” and told them about the issue and everything we had tried. They replied via email 2 weeks later saying to turn off the camera and try again. When he responded back again with all the things we have tried they responded with turn it off and try again. Do not waste your money or your time. There is not any customer service and they clearly do not care about the customer ratings.

You're better off setting your money on fire. At least you won't waste as much time and effort to burn through the cash we spent on this total junk.My husband has tried everything go get this to connect and pair and nothing works. Now we can't get a refund for opening the package.We trusted the brand because we saw it on the shelf at Walmart, but we have been thoroughly ripped off.

The product worked from May until September. For the price tag the quality of the parent unit left alot to be desired. Touch screen was finicky and just did not feel like modern, quality technology. But for the brief time the system worked it was fine and a comfort to two new parents.One night the camera would not connect and the unit's pair button was unresponsive. The only internet resources for trouble shooting are hubble produced content and they would never show their product being faulty. My wife spent the next 4 weeks exchanging emails and live chats with hubble support who were polite and responsive but not people of action. A refurbished camera unit arrived exactly one month after contact.I was able to pair the second camera with the app but have yet to be able to pair the replacement camera with the parent unit because... the terrible touch screen does not work in the exact area you need to touch to add a new camera.So I am moving on. I now have a wonderful 4 month old. Time is better spent appreciating her and living life. I suspect hubble knows the market they sell to has better things to do than spend months on end exchanging emails to get a refurbished version of a 200 dollar baby monitor that is less than 4 months old. So they just wait you out.I hate reviews. This is my first and last. They are biased negative because rarely is something so great a person is compelled to leave a postivereview. So you end up with a list of bad luck customers or people angry with the world. This product however moved me to post. But I hope if you made this far you will save your money and purchase something else. Good luck parenting it is an amazing experience except for the small role hubble plays in the process if you buy their product.

We received this as a gift and before the baby was born it worked great. Once he was here the app stopped working so we couldn’t monitor via our phones which is why we wanted this product in the first place. The monitor constantly runs out of battery, it has to be plugged in at all times. We have contacted customer support and received no help as they just instruct us to do things we have already tried that don’t work.The picture quality is good on the monitor but it’s just not worth the price for what you get.
