My go to Immunity supplement 💙
I’ve really felt the benefits of taking Nobleblu Immunity, especially over the last few months with the cold and flu season. It has a good level of Vitamin D, Vitamin C and botanicals. I love that they have added ginger and turmeric as well.Great value for money with this level of premium ingredients.

Good quality vegan complex - targeted at boosting the immune system...
I've taken a wide range of vitamins and supplements for many years. In recent years I've seen a big expansion of complexes which are targeted at specific areas of concern - like this vegan one from NobleBlu that's aimed at supporting the body's immunity and which includes some ingredients which have come to the fore fairly recently such as turmeric, bilberry, oregano and baobab powder. The amber glass screw topped pack I received had a long Best Before the end of May 2024. The information I wanted to see is displayed clearly on the pack - though it's in very small print so you may need to get out the magnifying glass to read all of it. The ingredients are listed in full with a separate table showing what each capsule contains in mg. The cruelty free product is not tested on animals and is non-GMO, gluten, dairy and sugar free. UK made, the ingredients claim to be ethically sourcedOne capsule per day 'with or after food' is the recommended serving so this pack of 30 should last around one month. I have no particular concerns about the mix of ingredients here but Immunity does contain 15mg of zinc. I take a separate 15mg zinc tablet daily so I'm not taking it in conjunction with this as anaemia can be a possible consequence of taking too much. Whereas at 1000iu, the Vitamin D this supplement offers isn't high enough, certainly through the colder months when I take a 4000iu version. At 240mg, the Vitamin C content too falls short of the 1000mg I choose to take daily. As I already take a range of supplements and vitamins, a supplement like this needs to be looked at carefully for overlaps/shortfalls with existing supplements - and this can be a little time consuming. NobleBlu's Immunity may be more suitable for those who aren't taking other supplements but who have a specific interest in boosting immunity. Used in this way, the price seems reasonable.

Too expensive for a month's supply...
Nobleblu's Balance has been formulated with stress reduction in mind. One thing I'm glad about is that I didn't need to pay the £40 asking price - or I'd certainly have needed to de-stress. Nobleblu is a wellness brand developed by singer and TV personality Alesha Dixon and in the case of this particular supplement I am left wondering whether the celebrity name isn't justification, at least in part, for the very high price. One thing I've observed about Nobleblu, having tried a couple of other items in the range, is that they tend to mix some more familiar ingredients - in this case vitamin D, B12, B6, folic acid - along with some lesser known ones which suddenly appear to have emerged as 'the next best thing' in the supplements' world. I look at this stuff quite a lot as for many years I've been a consumer of a wide range of vitamins and supplements.Gut health is an area that's come to the fore recently so this complex includes some digestive enzymes and friendly bacteria. Again. inulin fibre is having a moment and some reckon that adaptogens are the future - so in Balance there is Rhodiola, an adaptogen said to provoke the body's natural resistance to mental and physical stressors.I have no doubt that this is a good quality UK made vegan supplement. The amber glass screw topped bottle I received has a long Best Before date of the end of May 2024. But the 30 one a day easy to swallow capsules will last just a single month. So at £40 I suspect the market for these is likely to be rather niche.

Vegan friendly, easy to swallow and no taste
My recent blood test showed that my Vitamin D levels were quite low, maybe since I had Covid a couple of months back, and I was advised to take a supplement. I was already taking some vitamins and rather than adding a few more individual ones I opted to go with these “Immunity” multi-vitamins. As they particularly target the area/s where I am weakest. The come in a tamper-seal protected glass jar and the capsules are approx. 13mm x 8mm, so not the smallest but I did not find them difficult to swallow. They have Vitamin B6, C, D and Zinc and includes things like Ginger, Black Elderberry, Turmeric Root, Oregano, Baobab and Bilberry. They are also Gluten-Free, Vegan-Friendly, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Cruelty Free, contain no GMOs and are sustainably sourced. It is suggested you take one capsule a day before breakfast, so you are going to get a month’s supply for £25, making them just over 83p/each.Personally, I find vitamins and supplements a bit of a minefield, and I really must check how much of my RDA each is giving me for the price and the quality. The other thing is that in most cases, the benefits are hidden, and they affect people differently. However, I will hopefully see some benefit in my next blood test.NobleBlu also have a useful website for more info.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.
