Really works!! I cannot believe thhis doesn'y have more positive reviews.
I was hesitant to purchase this because it didn't have too many reviews and most reviews said it was flimsy material. That is far from the truth! For Months, I tried everything to get rid of the pigeons coming into my yard and hanging out on my roof. I have chickens so the pigeons would sit on the street light pole accross the street & watch when I would leave. I tried the aluminum reflectors, bought two bb guns, an animated owl and nothing worked. This was my last attempt at trying to get rid of them before going to my last resort of just getting rid of my chickens.Within seconds of me setting it up with some bird food, it trapped a pigeon. My bb gun took care of the trapped pigeon. I got rid of the pigeon immediately since I live in the desert and did not want to attract coyotes. For 3 days, I set the trap in the morning as I was leaving to work and would watch from work as it trapped another pigeon. On the fourth day, I left my home at 7am. By 7:15, the trap captured a pigeon. I was not able to make it home until about 7pm that evening, therefore the pigeon struggled in the trap all day. When I got home, I took care of it with my bb gun but was too tired from work to remove it from the trap. It had tangled it's legs on the mesh so I left it there over night. The next day, I did not remove the pigeon until noon. Since then, I have not seen a pigeon near my house. I'm not sure if there is some sort of communication between them but they never came back.Unfortunately, because the pigeon tangled itself very deeply into the mesh, I had to cut the mesh to remove it. I however have had no further need to use the trap again. I suppose I can try to replace the netting but if I can't and the pigeons reappear, I will definitely buy another one.P.S. It's been about one month and a half since the last pigeon hung out by/on my house.

It worked!
We had a little pine warbler that became obsessed with our sliding glass door and wouldn’t leave. This trap worked like a charm, catching but not injuring the little guy, who we relocated. My only beef is with the instructions, which are clear as mud.

liars, this trap inures and kills animals
This trap is inhumane and causes significant harm to every bird it catches. The spring mechanism crushes their fragile bodies, resulting in severe injuries or death. It has injured two doves, fatally smashed another’s neck, and harmed both baby and adult chickens. Even when the metal bars don’t immediately break bones or wings, animals injure themselves attempting to escape. The netting is dangerously wide, allowing body parts to become trapped, leading to fatal entanglement. Additionally, if a stray cat is caught, it can easily bite you repeatedly while you pry open the trap to release it. This product is poorly designed, cruel, and should not be marketed as humane. It requires urgent redesign or removal from the market.

BUY THIS NOW!
I barely had this trap for a week and already caught 6 pigeons. In fact, just caught another pest today. It is easy to set up, like literally less than a minute. Sprinkle some crumbs and leave. It is steady, and makes the target feel at home, as they munch and bam! ANOTHER THOUGHT: This may come in handy in these times where meat is expensive, and catching wild edible birds. Great for small prey hunting too, quails, etc. I bought a second one, since everyone around had pest issue. Now I am the pigeon whisperer....

Smaller than anticipated
Trap is decent if you're catching a very small bird but nothing bigger than a pigeon

Didn't work for us 😥
Very little directions. I had to find a video of a similar product to understand set-up. Product did come quick and seems to work for some based on the reviews, but the Pigeons didn't come near it. I tried placing high and low areas and still nothing. These stinking pigeons are here forever 😫.

These things really work
I have three of these now. They really do work. You do have to put them where the birds already like to go. One small downside is that, occasionally, they will trap an animal like a squirrel, with teeth, & they will chew their way out & now your trap has a hole in it. I figured out how to repair them, though, & now we are good to go. These things are worth every penny.
