Does this contain just 1? Or is it replacement for 2 control arms?

My skyjacker kit requires 8 set (16 total) how many come in the ordered set? Photo shows 4set (8total) and description states sold individually.

Not sure if my lower arms are skyjacker. what is the id of the sleeve that the bushing presses into on the skyjacker arms? mine are 1.5"
