Purchased the Vedkarma Saffron last month.As the name says it's indeed premium quality with respect to scent, flavor and freshness.The whole house will be filled with the tempting fragrance of this Saffron whenever we use it. It has a great flavor and adds on to the taste of the dishes and milk. The packaging is really great with tamper proof sealing of the bottle, packed in an attractive box. We have ordered it again to gift it to our relatives. Hope Vedkarma will keep up the great quality in future also.

This review is purely based on first impression. The packaging of this product is absolutely marvelous. I have been a long time buyer here but rarely does a packaging impress me so much that I have to comment immediately after delivery. Will definitely update after use.Update: So after using this to make rasmalai I have to say it's good not wow good but good. I used almost over 8 strands to get the desired result. But I am satisfied.

This is the best quality saffron I have bought till now. In fact kashmiri saffron is considered best for its aroma and ability to give color immediately. It works as an immunity booster if you take 3-5 strands with lukewarm water/ milk as it has several medicinal properties. You can also use it in preparing kheer, sewaiyan, biriyani etc. It is very good for pregnant mothers. I prepared kheer and 2-3 strands were enough to give kheer the perfect color.
