check if this matches the mower model
Amazon recommended this to match the Fiskars mower we bought. It fits another model and I had to return it. As it was dispatched from Amazon office in Slovakia it was a major headache now we have to do customs declarations etc and Royal Mail wanted £46 postage for the return. Amazon have agreed to pay the postage for the return, but the whole thing got ridiculous and we will take our chances without a basket for a while and will certainly buy within the UK if we decide we need one.

An overpriced afterthought
I have had difficulty coming to terms that I spent £46 on what must be the worst designed product I have ever seen.It is fundamentally flawed, cheap, nasty and difficult to fit.Whoever designed this cannot have been involved in the design of the excellent Fiskars Mower.Does it do the job, the answer is yes, but so does a cardboard box held on by tape.

Poorly designed and lightweight
Having spent as much as it is possible to spend on a hand-pushed lawnmower, you might expect the accessories for Fiskar's excellent mower to be of similarly high quality. Alas, this is not.I've not much against the lightweight, mesh construction. The size is also more than adequate. In principle, it could hold the cuttings for the entirety of my lawn. But only in principle. In practice, the other design failings of this grass catcher mean it is impossible to fill. Simplicity of design is a virtue, but only if it works. The catcher attaches to the mower by four hooks. The two lower ones hook over a bar at the front of the mower, just in front of the cylinder blades. The two upper ones hook over notches in the mower frame that are there especially for the purpose. There are a couple of bars on the catcher that allow it to be adjusted according to what height cut the mower has been set to. But as the catcher is of such lightweight construction, adjusting to get a snug fit takes priority, otherwise the catcher comes off with the slightest bump. Unfortunately a side effect of adjusting for a good fit is that at lower cutting heights the base of the catcher slopes towards its opening. So as soon as it has got just a shallow layer of cuttings in it, they start to slide towards the opening, back onto the lawn.

Possibly the best mower I've ever used
I've had the Momentum mower itself for a couple of seasons. Possibly the best mower I've ever used. Fiskars, having designed and locked down the details for the super-mower, added as an afterthought, "hey what about a grass box?" Afterthought. It does the job, but attaching it isn't smooth. One has to develop a technique of hooking it on, as it's fiddly otherwise. It also falls off if I run the mower against something in front, which is understandable. The grass clippings fire forward into the box, then slide back towards the blades, so it will begin to clog them while the box is still only half full. You can adjust the pitch of the floor of the box towards flat so that this will happen less, but then the box is in danger of being knocked off by any lower bumps or uneven ground. If you have a prize-winning flat lawn, this wouldn't be an issue.I bought it knowing all its shortcomings from other reviews, fully intending that I might need to jury rig or modify the design in some way to make it work better. I've only had the grass box a few weeks and haven't hacked it yet.

It works
It fits the in mower, and catches pretty much every bit of grass. You do need to adjust it to fit but after that it's great. Light and well engineered. I bashed it against a few things and it was fine. It fell off once when I was asking way more in of it than I should of. Fiskars stuff is good
