BSB ABEC 7 120642

I bought these bearings in 2007 from a sporting goods store and they were great. But when I bought these from Amazon, although I do not blame Amazon for this, these bearings were sluggish and not very fast at all. The ones I bought at a store in 2007 were the best ones ever but the ones I bought online were loose, and had a lot of abnormal resistance. I am not a bearing expert but I have never had this experience with any bearings ever. I do not reccoment buying precision products online or anything like that without first seeing it in person and testing them for yourself before buying.

I Agree with the other reviewer. BSB or "Boss Swiss Bearings: True BSB High speed bearings do not Have nor Need an ABEC Rating, So Beware of any BSB bearings advertised with an ABEC Rating. I have and use my BSB speed bearings in my blades for many many years, and they FLY like the wind still, with little maintenance and even less oil application. I do take good care of my bearings, but the last time I serviced them was approximately 20 years ago (b/c I just do not skate regularly anymore, as before), & when I do, I clean them with solvent, let them dry out, maybe some quick bursts of compressed air, then a drop or two of BSB high Speed Bearing Oil that is still left in my small container. The oil is so old it smells nasty and has turned a reddish color, whereas it started out clear. YET, it still outperforms the "bones speed CREAM",... If you want ultimate speed, that over hyped brand saturation is just that, over hyped brand saturation, same as their bearings. You will Never get a better performing, faster, higher quality bearing than the BSB Swiss made Bearing(s). "bones" label theirs "swiss", but those who have attempted to keep up with me using anything "bones" were left in their own inferior over saturated name brand dust. I will try to warn others from getting victimized by this apparent SCAM. My BSB's cost me $75 if I remember correctly, that was quite a few years ago-lol, but they are still awesome, and just keep spinning, you can hear the performance as they hummmm
