un artículo muy práctico para la movilidad la batería te dura alrededor de unos 60m2 en tiempo como 30 a 40 min, el tiempo de carga de la batería es de unas 4 hrs, es un poco incomoda porque el mango solo está pensado para una sola postura y cuando quieres bordear es incómodo al girarlo, por otro lado el hilo se va rápido entonces hay que estar sacando constantemente y se vuelve algo tedioso, algo que no me termino de convencer fueron los materiales con los que están hechos no son muy buenos, se se siente corriente al tacto, el regulador de distancian del bastón en alguno momento siento que se va a terminar por desgastar si quieres algo para toda la vida creo que este artículo no es el indicado, es bueno para pequeña areas no más 25 m2 la sopladora no le veo usabilidad.La sopladora pues es una herramienta que caso de que te quede pila la podrás medio usar para arrinconar el pasto pero para efectos prácticos y ocupa más la pala y el rastrillo o escoba y recogedor por lo tanto es una herramienta que no ocupó tanto hasta el día de hoyCreo que está bien para una persona que quiere darle mantenimiento a su jardín, pero este cuenta con una área de pasto mediano, en cuanto a costo beneficio por lo menos en mexico en un año y cortando cada 3 semanas el pasto, la desbrosadora se termina pagando, esto depende mucho de tu región. I bought this combo trimmer/blower primarily because I'm sick of pulling out my 100 ft cord. From that perspective, this is a very nice, affordable solution. But if you have heavy duty yard work (lots of weeds or lots to blow), this won't get the job done. The trimmer does well in some spots, but if you've thick grass near edges or around bushes, it doesn't work too well. The blower is good for grass clippings in your driveway or sidewalk, but if you have a lot of leaves, it will take some time because it's not powerful enough. Stick with your higher powered gas or electric trimmer and blower. But these are light and easy to use, no frills, so there is some benefit to having them around. On a weekly basis, I'll use these, but for the heavy duty once-or-twice a year yard cleaning, I'll revert back to old faithful. Battery life is average, I have the one that came with it and purchased a two-pack to go along. Lasts about 25-30 minutes tops. So if you have an hour of yard work using trimmer/blower, better have at least 2, maybe 3 batteries.

Hey Everyone, this little lawn care tool package is a great deal if you consider the following:Packaging:The weed whacker and blower were packaged in a Black & Decker box, that one would expect to see in a big box or home improvement store. Inside the box both tools were secured and packed in place with plenty of cardboard inserts to hold them securely in place for shipment. This box was packed into a larger Amazon shipping box and secured with packing filler, so the box would be held in place and secured a bit more during shipping. So, this package was packed well and shipping was very fast, if memory serves, this package arrived early by one day!Product:Since I don't have a large lawn(takes approximately 2 hours for front and back with bagging of grass and weed whacking and blowing) this lawn combo kits serves my purpose well. I was very surprised by the strength of the blower, it performed well and was light weight, for me. I was used to a much heavier, more powerful blower. In my opinion, this package is nowhere near suitable for commercial usage, because of battery life and lack of power. However, small to medium lawn care would be ideal for this combo. I especially like the light weight of the blower, with battery attached to unit, I was able to sweep blower from side to side effortlessly, which may come in handy for someone who is in need of such lightweight equipment. The weed whacker, I also found to be lightweight with the battery attached, was very surprising to me in it's functionality. While I only use this weed whacker to trim grass and weeds, not as an edger, I was happy with its' performance. The shaft is expandable to allow it to be set for the users' height. This was a nice feature for me, since I'm 6'2" tall and I found it to be very easy to use. This unit is self feeding, so no more bumping on the ground to feed the line, which was appealing to me. I did read the directions prior to use, so I found out that it is advisable to protect the head, the part that spins and trims the weeds, and prevent it from contacting the ground. With this in mind, using the trimmer I was able to accomplish my yard work with no problems.The cons of this combo kit/package:This kit worked well for me, but that is because my lawn is pretty well maintained to begin with. If there are large stalk weeds or dense overgrowth of grass, it is more than likely that both of these units will struggle if not be unable to cut or blow heavy matted clumps of grass. I found that the only disadvantage of this kit was the battery life. It gave me approximately 20 to 30 mins of peak usage before I discovered the equipment begin to ramp down in power. I was able to use both pieces of equipment, and noticed the decrease in power of both units as battery life began to trickle away. So I decided to charge the battery while I cut my lawn. I began the charging process while I was able to cut both front and back yards and the battery was still indicating that it was charging. This is a good indication that it will take a substantial amount of time to achieve a full charge before using again. So, in other words, I will be contemplating purchase of ATLEAST one more battery but more likely 2 more batteries so I will have more freedom of use with these tools.

I have been a big fan of the B&D battery powered weed whackers over the years, and this is the third one I have owned. It is also the worst pos ever. It will not feed cord right in normal situations, but when you turn it vertical to use as an edger it does not feed at all. I spend more time fixing the line than I do actually using this tool. Unfortunately the previous model is no longer sold and you can get repair pars for these. I would suggest a different brand altogether at this point as B&D is going downhill.

I've used Black & Decker for years now and have been very satisfied! These units have not disappointed especially for the price! I live on a corner lot and it helps that the battery last the entire yard including around my 30' deck (after the initial spring time trim)! It would however be helpful if B&D would include a spare battery holster for the trimmer! When the battery is low it stops abruptly without warning and being on the corner lot I have to walk a distance for a charged battery! Also, the 20v battery blower is good for blowing off loose grass from the sidewalk, however, for heavy duty blowing I have to pull out my electric (dragging cords around) blower!Lastly, I've figured out how to thread my empty spools successfully, they work like a charm! The pre-threaded spools are so so over priced plus I have 20+ empty spools!. First, you MUST use .065 "ROUND" otherwise it will not work! I purchased .065 "square" looking cord by mistake and it would not feed. Second it must be threaded in the right direction (it took my dad to correct that issue). Overall, I like the units and would purchase again! Hope this helps!
