This is my third review of any product ever. Takes to much time and likely will never be read…. That said, this monitor sucks…. We have three kids, and have used two other monitors that were great. We had twins which required a split screen and two cameras…. The cameras worked for about 7 minutes. The cameras won’t connect to the app and the nor will they connect to the actual monitor. I have sent at least one 10 emails to their “customer service” and recieved the same trouble shooting response. Obviously did not work. They also do not offer a phone number as “they do not have a dedicated help line”. I’m sure it’s a great camera/monitor when it works, but when it doesn’t it sucks! Save yourself the hrs and money and get something different

I love this unit. It was easy to set up and use. I was able to set up the cameras in the nursery and see the whole room in 2 different angles. Also works will when you can carry the monitor around to see and hear. It has different functions. I also like that you can have the monitor read stories or play music.

I purchased these cameras in June 2023, immediately we noticed one of the two cameras was defective not responding at all to the pair button on the back, after trying all the troubleshooting nothing worked. Three months later the second cameras is now doing the same thing. No response to pairing, and not working. This product is junk, and the fact that the customer service is only email and they want you to send a video of their product not working instead of just replacing it is despicable.

We loved our halo 360 but it got discontinued so we had to buy another item for our second kid. Unfortunately I’ve had nothing but issues with this camera. The connectivity never wants to work even after it’s paired and I live in a single level space with no interference. The parent unit takes FOREVER to power on. The touch screen is also super laggy and sometimes doesn’t even work when I push a button. I reached out for support to Hubble and never got a response. I’m very bummed about this purchase because it was not cheap.

We were gifted this monitor at our baby shower. The camera suddenly stopped connecting to the monitor. Our baby was 9 months old. Because it had been more than a year, the company could do nothing. We bought the same one again as we really enjoyed the features and thought this was a rare thing to occur. We’ve had this one for 2 months and the same thing happened. We can’t NOT have a monitor. But we will not be buying this one again, that’s for sure.

The camera itself is great. No it does not pan the room which is kind of annoying and the battery to the monitor does not last long at all but neither does my child’s naps lol. The set up was fairly easy and it does connect to my phone which I love. I can hear the monitor noise when I leave the app too which is cool. We’ve only been using for 5 months but I am a happy customer. Only 4 stars because of the monitor battery.

Well, this thing is crap!THE APP: Hard to use and is slow, The picture quality is horrible, grainy and looks like a Computer from the 70’s.The stand that the camera is attached to only adjust so far so you are very limited on adjustment. I’m going to put this in all caps because it’s a big one IT DOES NOT PAN UP OR DOWN ONLY ZOOMS and that sucks too. The zoom is difficult to maneuver and the the picture takes a while to adjust.THE MONITOR SUCKS!! The screen is bad, grainy, and kept moving to the other camera that wasn’t hooked up. The sound lags so bad that it’s almost not worth it.To say the least it’s getting returned.
