Directly replaced with old liftgate wiper motor from OEM, needs the new nut
Youtube video showed how to remove the old liftgate wiper motor with the old nut on the motor shaft. Let me tell you the story. It will damage the fine thread, no matter what kind of hammer you gotta use. I still found out the damgaged fine thread even after I used teflon hammer and rubber hammer to tap the motor out. Took me one day to re-tapping the nut, still can't lock the motor tightly 100%. So I went to local store to buy one idential nut for another day. The vendor shall send out the nut with the motor. However, the local dealer showed me the same package which no new nut comes with the liftagte wiper motor.Local Dealer charges $206 CAD plus tax, Mopardepot.ca costs $144.60 CAD plus tax. Amazon charges $130.50 CAD plus tax for the absolutely same part 55079213AB.

Bought this replacement for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it works perfect. Easy to install once we got all of the old parts off
