It's good
Good quality, seems to get brown burns inside easily, but that my be because I didn't season / cook poorly. Overall pleased

Worth every penny
Simple cooking pot for everyday use. I use it to cook ramen all the time because the pot is so thin and light. Water boils quickly and get the work done. Highly recommend

Perfect design, but poor quality
I really wanted to love this pot for its light weight, perfect size, convenient steaming part, and speed of heating. However, the pot is poorly made. The wooden lid handle and the pot handle were loose ever since it arrived, I had to screw them tight every once a while, but after a few times of tightening, the lid handle started to crack. Not sure how long it will last. The pot handle is also flimsy and makes me a bit worried when it carries hot soup. I hope I can find a higher quality replacement someday!

great product!
Bought this pot on a whim , wanted to find one to cook instant noodles. A couple of things that really stood out. Boiled water faster than regular pots( might be cause or the material used). Handles are made of wood so it’s not hot when you want to use it. Lastly, love the pour features on the pot. Made is really easy to pour water/soup without having any spillage. Overall , great product!

Aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, very functional
I’d give this 4.5 stars instead of 4, if I could. I’d only deduct 1/2 star due to the wooden handle being a little loose. This pan is lightweight, easy to use for light duty cooking (boiling water/eggs, making ramen, heating soups, etc.). It is just a pretty pan and maintains the shine after cleaning. I’ve had mine for about a year now and it’s my go-to pan! Just remember to never use HIGH heat (as is the rule with all pots/pans except cast iron) as the pan will warp. Also, because it is a lightweight pan, certain foods will scorch easier, such as sauces, so please use gentle heat for such items and frequently stir. In my arsenal of cookware, I have high end items and a couple low end items. If I lost this little Japanese pan, I’d definitely replace it because I love it THAT much.

see through lid
I like the see through lid. I've been using this pan to steam veggies for my picky son. Great size, and I love the wooden handle.

Okay saucepan; Unusable Handle
Considering this is a saucepan, it's hard to "mess up" presuming it doesn't have a hole in it or burn under use. Except as noted in other reviews, the wooden handle is held in by a single, undersized screw, and once it comes loose, you can expect to have to pick up the saucepan at the mounting point with an over mitt. I'd be willing to overlook the unpleasant order of the varnish burning off the wooden handle from transferred heat if it meant it could actually stay there. Too late a refund unfortunately; Would not recommend. Maybe before they actually used decent screws to hold the handle in?
