Fisherman's Friend Lozenges Original Extra Strong 20 Each (Pack of 3)

You might not like the taste, especially compared to most of the sweet cough drops out there, but if you have an annoying tickle that just won't go away, these little guys really work. When I was a kid I used to use Park Davis Throat Lozenges, which had the same taste and effectiveness, but I don't see those around anymore. But these work just as well.

I have used these for years and love them. They are hard to find in stores and less expensive on Amazon.

Does the job the best. After you get over the taste you'll be happy you tried it.

This lozenge take effect just seconds after it starts to get wet in your mouth. A cloud of menthol drifts back into your throat and up through your sinuses. You can literally smell the universe and on occasion, what you ate two days ago. For the first time in 2 weeks, I stopped coughing. Immediately. It was a blessing.Each lozenge lasts in your mouth about 5 to fifteen minutes depending on whether you are a chewer or not. I don't recommend chewing. Have patience.I was surprised when I realized every subsequent use was just as strong as the first one. I can use these constantly, all day, no problem. They work very well to extend my 12 hour cough medicine.The flavor can be initially unpleasant. Menthol is a violently strong flavor. After the first one, the flavor does ease up a bit. The best thing is that it does not change the flavor of what you may eat or drink right after! Coffee tastes fine. Sugar does not become less sweet.This just works! For those horrible, hanging on coughs you can't get rid of and there is no help. Try them. And no, these do not taste like fish, just menthol.Pay attention to the package! There is a zip closure!

Haven't had a cold in 2... years?I use these due to the bad air in our area; 3 construction sites and a neighbor next door apartment vaping tobacco. Throat all dry, acid, soar... Sometimes bleeds. So dry I bit the side of inside my cheek, my tongue. Horrible!I live right on the beach. Maybe fishermen also get soar throats from constant salt in air? I don't know.I think my main problem is living right under the airport line; low flying BIG planes day and night. Breathing fuel 5 years.Cough drops help until I can move to new office.The cough drops work.
