How About Some RESULTS Based Reviews???
I have to be surprised to see only 8 reviews over a roughly just under 2 month period... and all are 5-star reviews! Maybe skeptical is a better word than surprised! And even more surprising, not one mentions ANY specifics as to how their blood pressure improved!First off... I am a believer in the effectiveness (in certain situations) of essential oils (sometimes as aromatherapy, but other times as a tropical application... the application method can at times effect results - methyl salicylate, related to Wintergreen, increases BP when inhaled but lowers it when applied topically).Second of all, I know that the Internet (and many popular books) is loaded with a lot of misinformation on the subject. I spent 2 months on a daily aromatherapy protocol that was a blend of various EOs. Only to have my borderline high BP climb into the lower end of high ranges (nothing else changed over that time). That was when I discovered that many EOs have actually been clinically studied... and that clinical study results don't always match or corroborate traditional (or in some cases seemingly assumed) results. For example, my EO Blend for lowering BP contained Rosemary as one of its top ingredients... and yet studies have shown that Rosemary is one if a few (Thyme being another) that ELEVATES blood pressure levels! So I have ordered this book through the regional library network and - if it reads promising - plan on instituting a blood pressure lowering protocol as based on this book. I will keep a diary and see what my results are at the end of 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks.... and post final results along with protocol used. Then I will update rating (up or down as appropriate) based on actual results. Not on how easy the book read, or how pretty it was, or how it seems to sound good.I would encourage other readers to do the same when reviewing the book (or any other medical self help book).Note: Having stopped the previous protocol a bit more than a week ago, and using three separate BP monitoring (using a high end home monitor) and following strictly the AMA specifics for BP checking (which NO doctor's office or blood donation center EVER has), my average of three such monitorings was 154/96 with a pulse rate of 92.

Excelent!
I gave this book 5 star simply because it is a great book for the layperson to learn the basics about the causes of high blood pressure and hypertension, and how to reduce high blood pressure with essential oils. Rebecca’s book is useful and profoundly important that can help you avoid hypertension, high blood pressure.
