I responded to Maison d' Hermine's email regarding my satisfaction with my purchase of their apron. I let them know that although I loved the apron, I couldn't use it because the ties were too short. Their response, much to my amazement was to send me another apron with longer ties that fit perfectly. I am delighted with this purchase and with their extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend dealing with this company and encouraging others to purchase their quality products.

Nice apron with beautiful floral pattern. I love everything about it besides how unflattering it looks on me...I have a small chest and it is HUGE in that area. It will not lay flat and bunches up in an uncomfortable way. I do not wear it very often for this reason.

I bought this apron after ruining my shirt - again - while cooking! I love it. It's very pretty and the fabric is nice and softer than I expected. I have used it and washed it and it comes out of the dryer a bit wrinkled, but not terrible. I bought a second one for a friend and I'm buying another for my mother. They are very attractive and make a nice gift for the cook who already has every gadget, but doesn't buy themselves anything to keep their clothes nice and clean. It's very comfortable to wear. I like the pockets and the adjustable strap around the neck.

Just as advertised and love the huge pocket on the front and soft cotton material. This design reminded me of the aprons my mom used to wear so it had a nostalgic feel that I love.

It is much nicer than it appears in the photo. The design is very delicate and very pretty, yet the apron itself is substantial. I really like the neck adjustment being at the side-so much easier! About my only disappointment with the apron was the ties not being long enough to cross behind and then tie in the front. Easy enough to modify if I find it irritating enough.Update: An amazing thing happened. Maison d'Hermine contacted me. They said they were sorry I could not tie the apron in the front and wanted to make me happy. They created a custom order for me with lovely LONG ties and sent it to me. Absolutely amazing customer service, especially when I hadn't asked for a replacement or returned the original item. I highly recommend this company and you better believe they will be getting a lot of business from me!

This apron has a beautiful, delicate print. It is of a serviceable weight, has a nice deep pocket, and contrary to some posts, the ties are more than long enough to tied in front.In addition to all this the price is very reasonable compared to many other aprons I have seen that are much thinner and not as nice. I would highly recommend it.

I'm really happy with my product, first time received there was some loose stitches. But the seller surprised me with a email saying they were going to replace it for me! I never had a company do that for me without asking or jumping through hoops. I'm very happy with the new one not one thing wrong! Thanks to the company for making my christmas! The pattern is beautiful and i would say the material feels like a canvas, not sure how it washes yet. But im sure it will stand up!

Lovely is the perfect word to describe them! They are exquisitely beautiful, the quality, the designs, just everything is great. Even the packaging was lovely. Please don’t change and become like other companies which start great and then begin to make their products mediocre at a lower cost to make a larger profit. I haven’t been so happy with a purchase in so long because most of the time when you received the item it is nothing like the pictures or the descriptions but this was such a happy surprise. I love love them!

I got this apron as a gift for my mom. It’s has a beautiful design and it’s made out of cotton. My only concern is that it wasn’t as thick as some other aprons I’ve had so I’m not sure how durable it will be. Nevertheless, my mom is very pleased with it and is impressed by its quality.

This is what my wife wanted for Valentine's Day. We're staying home because ... and she's been baking a lot. She looked for the perfect apron, and now she has it! It arrived the next day! We've already got an order in for a second one with a different design from the same company, as soon as it comes in. That's how much she likes this one!

I love this apron. It's so lovely and soft - I was worried it would be kinda stiff like a BBQ apron. The pattern is lovely and coverage is great. I'm a messy, hand wiping cook so I wanted to be sure I wasn't splashing my clothes or wiping my hands on them. I highly recommend this apron and I will definitely buy another one of these.

This apron it the most beautiful one. Looks better than the photos and made from a great fabric. Doesn’t stain much and easy to put on. I spray stain remover products over the stains and machine wash it. I LOVE it. It has a large pocket that comes handy.
