Yes, the package comes with a complete set of life-sized temporary tattoos, including the lightening Bolt.

Q: Instructions not included..help?

You apply just like you would any other temporary tattoo. Peel clear protective paper off, image goes on skin. Apply wet rag (not soaking wet, ring it out first) on top of image until it is saturated. Slowly peel paper off - if it’s not coming off paper you need to reapply wet rag and try again. Hope this helps.

Q: How do you apply these?

The tattoos apply in just 30 seconds with water. Just put the tattoo face down on your skin, apply water to the sheet and after 30 seconds carefully lift the sheet. The tattoo will transfer off the sheet and on to your skin.
