Não, se você acha que o fundo triplo vai fazer com que todas as partes da frigideira tenham a mesma temperatura (ele se estende por suas laterais), vai se decepcionar, pois, já no centro, a temperatura fica mais baixa que perto das laterais.Só que isso é nada perto do tanto que esta frigideira é boa, fácil e gostosa de usar e ainda linda!E, ficando de molho água fervendo (mas espere a panela esfriar, já que a temperatura da panela após o uso é muito mais alta que a da água fervente) por umas duas vezes antes, é, mesmo após um uso mais intenso, muito fácil de lavar.Ah, o cabo, que a faz custar um pouco mais que a profissional é anatômico e maravilhoso!Compraria de novo sorrindo!

Smaller than expected.
Cooks well (you'll need more oil than you might be used to with a nonstick pan). Easy to clean. Very sturdy. You pay a premium for a quality product and (maybe my fault for not getting a measuring tape out when I looked at the spec) smaller than expected. Useful pan though.

High quality, eggs don't stick.
Ended up with the Brazilian manufactured pan, cooks eggs without sticking, cleans up easy.To use I put on induction hob over heat, drop some water on and only when the water balls and rolls around do i then add olive oil, and proceed to cook on.Fantastic quality.
