Wow, I so loved this book! Just one disappointment, I wanted it to continue on . It just ended way to soon. Especially after being so stressed out about Johnny appearing back in the sene. I would love for you to make a series of books on Cameron and Piper. Such a beautiful story.

Piper Williams is a single mother to seven year old Lucas. His father left the moment he found out she was pregnant. She tries to make ends meet by waitressing as many hours as she can. Then her favorite customer, Lola, dies in her sleep of lung cancer. Piper receives a visit from Lola's lawyer but has to go to Whiskey Ridge for the reading of Lola's will. Lola has left her property in Whiskey Ridge to Piper & Lola's grandson Cameron.Rachel's characters are well written & very complex. The scenes are very descriptive & well timed. This story was very well written & thought out. The little plot twist toward the end was unexpected but was perfectly in line with the story. I loved this book & you will too.

I never fail to breathe a heavy contended sigh when I finish one of her books. Romantic, heart-warming, great characters, some strife, but always such feel-good tales!

This is a cute story about two people who do not know each other until they are thrown together by the reading of a will. They have six weeks to make a go of this business while sharing a house also. The characters seem so real and you find yourself wanting to find the town of Whiskey Ridge. Enjoyable reading.

She has great story lines and great easy read books!
