First item I purchased from Amazon that shipped from China, to South Korea, to Alaska... to SoCal. (Tracking by UPS) Easily installed and operates well. Dimensions, color and quality were great. Thank you.

We've purchased several sizes of this particular shade and absolutely love them! The quality is fantastic! The material looks great and the mechanism feels solid, yet allows for smooth movement from top and bottom. Love that they are black on one side and white on the other. That color combo is difficult to find and worked perfectly since we have black framed windows for exterior and white on interior. We put black tape on exterior portion of shade frame, so it blends with black window frame. From the street the black shade just disappears in the window. I contacted the company with questions before ordering was happy with their prompt responses. I had an issue with one of my shade orders and I must say this company has outstanding customer service! We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

As shown in the pictures, I could not get the top to retract all the way. There is about a 6-8 inch gap that will not go away. The second picture shows with me holding the shade up and you can see the limp string that should be pulling tight to keep it at this position.Because of that problem, I was unable to use the shade to block out all light as I was hoping to. I contacted the seller about this and got a replacement shipped to me rather quickly. They were persistent about getting me to change my review early, but I insisted on waiting to ensure the new item has time to settle before updating.It's been up for about three weeks now and appears to be working as expected, remaining in place where I want it. It was just a bit more hassle than I would have liked to get a working item.

This was a great experience. We measured each of the 28 windows in the house, provided inside dimensions and labeled each window with the associated room. When we received the shades each one was labeled with dimensions and associated room. Each window had the hardware and instructions for mounting which was very easy. The supplier checked with me before making the order to verify dimensions for each window shade. I ordered both light filtering and blackout versions and both are as described. Very good experience. The only thing is one shade was damaged in shipping slightly at the top and a couple shades have a slight gap at the top down portion. I would highly recommend these shades. Custom shades at a great price.
