Good product. Takes few weeks to feel it’s comfort (till it’s cushions settle with use).Liked:1. Bulky like I preferred.2. Cushioning is dense and comfortable.3. Aesthetically very pleasing.4. Complacent to room decor.5. Sturdy motor used for recliningDisliked:1. Electrical controller for recliner is a separate unit and not built-in to the side of the recliner. Not very convenient. This also makes it more prone to accidental wear and tear.2. Height of the backrest is lesser compared to other models available in market (50% less than my leather recliner). This results in no head support while sitting and reclining. Headrest useful only if we lie down fully in 100% reclined position.3. Product description in Amazon was too less. I was seriously tensed till delivery to see if the original product matches the images posted.
