I had one loach die overnight and my 11" dojo started with a red spot that turned into a large ulcer with pinecone scales within hours. I treated him with 2 lots of medication and this was a last ditch attempt before euthanasia as he was lethargic with rapid breathing and this ulcer spreading day by day.Within 3 days of using this product he was showing significant improvement. The second dose has him almost back to normal. Nothing short of a miracle!

Used this product for treating dropsy pop eye and fungal infection. There was no signs of improvement after treating for 8 days. Now Used a second bottle after a week in between treatment and whereas it’s not got rid of popeye it’s been like a tonic that’s kept the fish alive.

My Betta fish had a very swollen face and was very lethargic, suspected some sort infection. Used this product and after 2 weeks of treatment swelling has gone down and 2 weeks after that he's back to his energetic self. Awesome product!

I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with this product! One of my pond goldfish developed Dropsy. I noticed it on Wednesday, ordered this product straight away for next day delivery and dosed the fish straight away on arrival. I used a quarantine tank and added aquarium salt as well as an additional oxygen supply and of course a filter.I did not have much hope for the poor fish as he looked awfully bloated and just sat at the bottom of the tank. However, by Sunday morning he had gone down in size and was much more mobile. He got his second dose (this product requires a two stage application) on Monday and he seems perfectly fine now. Swims around as normal, eats well and does not show any signs of disease! He will go back in the pond in a few days time.I am absolutely delighted with this product and would highly recommended it. Just make sure you read the instructions carefully and don't mix medication.

Hasn't killed any fish by adding it so guess it ok.

It's worker before for one of my fishes which is why I purchased it again, it's also a lot cheaper on here than in a pet shop

My pleco was looking very sick and it's belly became seriously swollen. There is normally only one way this ends and I was seriously worried. I used this product and the fish has made a complete recovery, 3 weeks on it's never looked happier or healthier. Prior to using it I removed the other fish, increased the temperature - this seemed to help as the fish took to hanging round the heater - stopped feeding and left the lights off. Aeration via air stone and boom bar on filter was at max. Prior to using the treatment I did a water change, removed the charcoal but not the foam insert from the filter and then added the first dose and aquarium salt. After 2 days there was a very clear improvement and I carefully resumed feeding. After 4 days I changed half the water and added the second dose with a slightly reduced amount of aquarium salt. 4 days later I did a further water change, which I have continued with, and started to gradually reduce the temperature to a more normal level. The fish is eating well and back in his favourite place, proped on his log in his thunderbird 2 pose to catch the stream from the boom bar. One relieved, and happy, fish keeper.

Son’s prize 3 year old fantail goldfish rapidly developed dropsy symptoms (bloated eyes, bulging body and ‘pine cone’ appearance). I didn’t hold out much hope, but took a chance on this product. Gave the first dose following the Interpet website dosage calculator, then waited. After 2 days there was a big improvement, after 4 days the goldfish was pretty much back to normal. Gave the second dose as per the instructions, and now have a very healthy goldfish again. I have never seen a fish recover from dropsy, but this stuff really worked! Recommended.
