After I purchased this item I ended reading some of the reviews afterwards and I was a bit up in the air about what to do. Before the item arrived I was removing a clear paint protector shield on my car that was absolutely dirty and cracked all over the place. I had tried removing it in the past but didn't know what i was doing so I had to view quite a bit of videos. I got the hang of removing the plastic on the hood using a hot blower and a plastic scraper just getting off a little at a time. I was using goof off and something else from the dollar store for removing adhesive, the dollar store stuff worked better than goof off. Now today my product arrived from amazon and i decided to try this instead of the goof off and the dollar store stuff, all I can say is I was very impressed with this. It literally melts the plastic adhesive down in no time at all, I would spray it on then continue peeling plastic off in other areas and when I went to scrape the adhesive off it came off very easy. I would definitely recommend this 100%, I don't know why there are bad reviews but mine is 5 stars. Hope this helps someone. The bottle you are getting will last you a very long time, I just needed it for one car so its way too much for me.

This is the best product I've found, saves me a ton of time. I am in the sign business, often must remove vinyl letters. I have to pull off the letters first (a little heat helps here), but there is usually a remaining film of tough adhesive.This product takes that off fast. Sometimes takes some quick scrubbing, like with a plastic squeegee.Makes these jobs take a fraction of the time, compared to before.Thanks to this company and to Amazon!

Bought this after reading a review elsewhere from a professional detailer. Figured it would be just like goo-gone and not work any better, but we were desperate. I tried goo-gone on the old decal glue on the truck and it did nothing whatsoever. Not even with a magic eraser. Opened this bottle of Rapid Remover and it smells just like goo-gone. Uh-oh! Well, I can assure you it is NOT goo-gone. Sprayed RAPID REMOVER on the old glue residue and in less than 5 minutes the truck door was as clean as a whistle. You'll definitely want a plastic razor to scrape the stuff. We bought one of those rubber wheels thinking we'd need to use that, too, but NOPE!! This stuff really is amazing. It took me longer to get the red rubber stopper out of the bottle than it did to remove 4 lines of decals on the side of one truck door!! Spray on, wait 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, scrape off (SLICK!!!), grab a rag and spray a little on the rag, wipe up any leftover residue, grab a spray bottle of water, rinse the door and you're done! Some spots we had to spray a little more on, probably didn't give it quite enough time to do it's thing. Seriously, though, this was a GREAT PURCHASE. On hindsight, I would have purchased a much, much smaller bottle. We probably didn't use even 2 ounces to do two truck doors!! Now that we've got it, it will be nice to have this stuff on hand when another tough decal or similar comes up! We're already trying to think of things to use it on, it's that much fun to see something work so well! Highly, highly recommend and I'll try to add before & after pics soon.

Overall it works as described, it works better on a painted surface than a chrome or metal surface. It peels stickers right off paint but the steel takes a lot more work to get them off.

You read that right. Had this stuff lying around since 2018!... bottle so big it takes a while to use it all up. Just found a GREAT new use today. Used it to clean my bong. WOW! That is all I can say. This stuff took off like everything. Rinsed it off thoroughly with hot water and dawn and good as new in like 5 min!

I purchased this for use on my RV vinyl stripe replacement. SImple to use and very fast acting. My advice is to use as directed, wipe off any overspray and have your rinse agent at hand to avoid any damage.

I purchased a van that has prior logos and i was struggling after a little research wow !!!! This thing is awsome !!!!

I bought a bottle of this to help in the removal of vinyl striping on my RV. The first bottle was amazing and I was extremely happy with the product...spray on/wipe off.I ran out about 3/4 through the job and ordered another bottle, the difference was night and day leaving me frustrated and wondering if I just got lucky on the first bottle or got a bad batch on the second one. The adhesive won't hardly come off with a scraper and I can't justify another $35 just to find out.
