bought this to use at work when the new desks they installed turned out to be much shallower than the old ones. It forced me to sit with my elbows at a odd angle and my wrists were killing me.Have used it 3-4 weeks now, 9 hours each weekday, and it's working well for me. Once installed it feels as solid as the rest of the desk top. Gives me the extra couple of inches I needed to slide in under it without my knees hitting junk under the desk. The cover included with it is topped with fabric (dont know what it is exactly) that has been comfortable on my arms/elbows so far. I have kept the angle level with the desktop, have not tried the other angles.The only nitpick I have is with the installation instructions, they were sparse at best. Since the only real "installation" was screwing one part of the bracket to the metal part already installed on the wood it seems really odd that last part isnt done by the manufacturer to make it completely ready to go right out of the box. But it really isnt a big deal.
