I bought these as I’m having treatment that hampers my balance and leg strength so only use them for walking on footpaths. They are easy to set up using the instructions and videos available. The various advice is to adjust them so your forearms are roughly horizontal although I found they work better for me 100mm lower. Using them has improved my confidence in walking by being able to go from shuffling to walking more upright with a near normal stride be it a bit slow than normal. The adjustable hand straps means you don’t have to grip the pole too tightly like you would with walking sticks.Am thinking of getting the collapsible version to keep in the car.They seem good quality for the price and would recommend them.

These trekking poles are excellent. They are light weight and easy to assemble, with simple clips to lock the length into the appropriate position for your height. I was very impressed with the British company's after sales service, having received a follow-up message through Amazon offering free phone advice and sending a link to the assembly instructions. The instructions were sent with the poles as well and were easy to follow, which was important in setting the poles and the clips correctly. I am greatly looking forward to using these poles on our walks.

looks good loads of different feet, mud guard a bit flimsy and screws for extending breaks keep loosening, needs set in place and really left alone.loads accessories carry bag etc, dont think it would handle the munroes but for a pose about looks very professional

Excellent quality for the price, these walking poles are easy to assemble and adjust arrived very quickly and well packaged even my next door neighbour is going to order a set of these because he had a short walk with these poles and was impressed

Just started to use them and I find them so helpful. Great colour and adjusts to many lengths securely. The handle is comfortable and cleverly made for all different size hands. They have a very sturdy wrist strap which is adjustable. I can't rate them highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

Whilst I haven't used them in anger so to speak just yet, they look just what I was hoping for and very good value. My wife likes the colour so much, she has decided she will have them rather than me.
