Spent a fortnight in Spain. I burn easily so use factor 50 by the bucket load. I was burned by the end of the day, used this liberally over the affected area and despite previous experience of sunburn was ready to go the next day! I wasnt too badly burned but was enough to need to hide from the sun for a day, this REALLY helped and I was good to go the next day not suffering from sun burn. Still slapping the factor 50 on though as I would have just burned the next day if I didnt! I used this in the evening even when not burned and it help no end too. Smells nice and is cool going on. Wish I had had this years ago.

I have found this gel to be fantastically moisturising and gentle on my skin. So much so that I bought 2 more!

Twenty odd years ago, Australian Bodycare said it's Aloe Vera gel was soothing after radiotherapy. I checked with my hospital nurse, who said that although it contains a small amount of perfume, the benefits far outweigh any problem re. the perfume. The difference now, though, is that it contains Tee Tree Oil, so I guess your would have to double check that.

Although I have already reviewed this product, I wish to re-review it because, after about a week of use, it began to smell terribly, permeating my entire house with the most disgusting odour. Last night, I had to wash it off my body completely, and I now also need to wash all my bedding and pillow slips. The smell resembles rotting tree bark couldn't be further from 'cooling and soothing'. In my opinion, this product should actually be taken off the market.Clare Bonass
