Vital Coat Shingle Shield One Clear Acrylic Roof Coating to Extend Shingle Life - 1 Gal Ready to Use

This is a fantastic product I have used for the last several years. It is very easy to apply with a garden hand pump sprayer, super durable, and held up remarkably well beyond my expectations ... adding years of life to my deteriorating shingles. I have several older storage buildings that are in various stages of roof replacement and repair. VitalCoat has enabled me to plan for roofing work at a relaxed pace when time permits. Initially, I spent hours looking for comparable products in the beginning of my search before I ran across VitalCoat and to my knowledge there is not another product that is as easy to apply and lasts... And less you go with more difficult to apply heavy duty epoxy coatings. Thanks again VitalCoat and I will be placing the next order soon. I am also going to try the concrete sealer at some point.

Beware, 1 gallon only covers 200 ft.², so a single complete roof application may cost in excess of $1000. This may not be cost-effective to do on a regular basis, I’m still evaluating the benefit over time, since you can’t visibly see any improvement as a result of the application.
