GENUINELY HIGH QUALITY MATCHA
WOWNever tried in Japan- but tested a dozen different powders on Amazon.. Almost all turn out to be dull looking, bitter tasting and originating from China, despite their website advertisement.Only one other brand was the equivalent quality yet triple the price of ‘I Love U So Matcha’. Powder is vibrant green, as shown in pictures (for once!) and has a good taste‘I Love U So Matcha’ is the best price for quality I can find! Love transparency of the company tooReally really really happy with my order! Will be purchasing this regularly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Nice and fresh
I thought I'd take a chance from the norm and try this particular matcha tea powder, for the price I have to say its fresh on the nose (no staleness) and a very fine powder to mix, a lovely deep but vibrant green. It mixes well, leaves a few tiny clumps but a good sign is that it foams - which is always a good sign for good matcha.Taste wise? well I would say it has a fresh tea taste, delicate and smooth but a tiny bitter note at the end. Refreshing and the caffeine content keeps me going for a few hours.I like that it's organic and produced where it should be, but also I like the fact that a small company (Julia and Victor) have got some dedication to take their product forward. I have to say that this matcha product price increased after I purchased it.Definitely worth a try.

SUPERB MATCHA, for quality, taste and effects. Addressed to sellers as well as customers.
This is definitely the best matcha I have had outside of Japan. It's beautifully fresh with the perfect umami smell, taste and texture, and its quality is evident also in its effects on drinking - increased subtlety of concentration and focus, and balance of relaxation and rise in energy (not caffeine-energy) unique to high quality matcha. Also the value for money is stunning. TO THE SELLERS - so sorry you don't seem to be selling on Amazon any more - do you think you will in the future? Might you be able to include your contact details somewhere on Amazon? Thank you!Edit 30/5/22 So glad this is available again on Amazon!!! Forgot to say in my review that the intense bright green of this matcha is magnificent, and as well as the taste is testament to the freshness of the tea. The packaging is also excellent, as the size at 50g is perfect - not so big that some of the freshness will have gone before you get to the bottom of the pack, and also because the seal works well, enabling easy and swift squeezing out of air in the pack as the quantity goes down, retaining maximum freshness.

Still Excellent and even better value for money than when I first bought!
Updating this review after 4th time ordering. This still seems to me to be an excellent matcha. I note one review below complaining about three price rises, but I initially bought this in February when it was MORE expensive than now. Given the quality, I was very happy with it even at the higher price! There was a month when this wasn't available so I tried another, vastly more expensive, matcha (as in £30!) to see if there was a noticeable difference. Your mileage may vary, but for my pallet I couldn't say that the more expensive match was better.---original review---This is great. Vibrant green and seems very fresh.

Nice flavour but....
Nice flavour, however doesn't dissolve too well even with a whisk so is a bit grainy

Really awful
I’m not sure why there’s so many positive reviews on this product or why the pictures in those reviews are nothing like the actual product. It’s a super dull green colour and tastes awful. It has a very bizarre, acidic taste that genuinely isn’t like matcha at all. I would really warn against buying this.

Greatest matcha I have tried in the UK
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the greatest matcha I have tried in the UK, with a perfectly balanced taste and wonderful colour. It mixes well, makes a superb latte and is not too bitter when enjoyed on its own. Personally I liked it very much and it's for 1/4 of the price I pay in Poland for similar quality ceremonial grade matcha, I dare to say this one is even better! Give it a try and you won't regret it. Delicious and highly recommended.

Good but......
It tastes like fish!Froths really well with a little battery operated whisk, beautiful colour but In all honesty it's not the best tasting tea!ay try it with some honey to see if that improves the flavour!
