It works just fine but for 40 bucks it should be silver plated ...
So let me start by saying this pole serves it's purpose. The problem I had with it, is it's just a brass nipple that's been finished in a satin stainless steel. 40.00 dollars is outrageous, as the reason for my 2 stars. It works just fine but for 40 bucks it should be silver plated or something. Also be sure to use a heavy cloth to tighten it with. Wrap the cloth around the nipple then use your tool to clamp down on it. If you don't you will scrap some of the brass right off!

cheap ceiling cover
I bought this a replacement for the short one. The short one came with a beautiful cover to the ceiling. This one came toilet supplier cover! Thin and cheap for a fifty thousand dollar bathroom.
