I would never want to pay a dentist to do this. First the price you’re paying for this is totally worth it! Second is oddly satisfying. I watched a thousand of TikTok’s trying to figure it out how to do it so I ordered this kit and ta-dah! Problem solved!

These seem like good quality tools, especially for the price. They’re very sharp, but I was unable to chip off my dogs plaque. I don’t blame the tool however, it think it’s her amount of build up. She’s 5.5 and has not had a professional cleaning. In addition, I’ve purchased ‘plaque off’ chews that I’m going to try for 30 days. Hopefully this will soften the plaque enough to scrape off.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY VETS! I was told by a vet that I needed to pay over 3k for a dental procedure to remove severe tarter from my dog. I had no idea how to pay for this and I was told by the vet this was the only option. I did some research and found out about these tools. I ordered these tools and within MINUTES massive tartar build up all came off no vet no nothing needed! Got everything off with one tool didn’t even need the other ones. Wish I knew about this sooner. If your dog can sit calm you can scrape it off easily and the chunks will fall off. Took me only a few minutes so glad I found this. Instruments are high quality and comes with a bag. Don’t hesitate. I just saved thousands. Tartar is gone and he’s feeling good. Causes no harm. My dog was relaxed in my lap allowed me to get it off in a few minutes. I’m so happy!

My husband got these to clean the dogs teeth better and it does seem to scrape off the tarter well, we have even been able to get stuck food in the back with this set. It does do well. You will need to have your pet calm if you try this at home or you could cut them with the instruments. I would not recommend if your pet does not allow you into their mouth and has quick jerky movements.

I have a 6 pound Yorkie who is getting some buildup on his teeth and thought I could use these to remove a decent amount of the plaque but I was very wrong. Getting to most of his teeth was almost impossible given he is a dog and usually dogs don't like you messing with their teeth (although we brush his teeth every day). I'm not giving a lower rating on these tools for that though. I'm giving a lower rating because the instructions are very lacking. Nowhere do they explain what each tool is for in any helpful way. They provide a brief instruction paper but it isn't helpful. If someone wants to scrap their dogs teeth, it would be helpful to know what each tool is for and when to use it.

Love these tools to scrape the tartar off my dogs teeth. I was able to get the plaque and tartar off my dogs teeth in just a few minutes. It’s great especially if your dog is patient and you are patient. I was worried at first bc the tools are a little sharp but you just have to careful and make sure your dog doesn’t flinch. Some dogs don’t like having their mouths touched and if they move too much, I wouldn’t recommend using this, as you can hurt them. But if your dog is patient and trusts you, this is amazing. It’s also very satisfying to watch the plaque come off!

My dog has some built up plaque from before I adopted him almost 3 years ago. We’ve been brushing his teeth regularly and also including kelp supplements in his food as I’ve read research has shown kelp is good for loosening plaque and all around dental health. This regiment has helped a bit with loosening it up and I was able to scrape some off with my finger, but a lot of the plaque was still stuck there so I decided to try this out. I was able to loosen the plaque on his troubled canine pretty easily and I was amazed!I would caution to be careful and not use this too regularly as to not damage your dogs’ enamel, but if you need to remove some plaque in a pinch, try it. I would also recommend first implementing a brushing regiment with an enzymatic toothpaste to help loosen up the plaque so you’re not having to scrape too much and less likely to cause wear on the actual tooth.

I was worried about how much plaque my dog had on his teeth and I wanted something that would help eliminate the build-up. I knew he would not let me near him with the electric toothbrushes so finding this I was pleasantly surprised and felt confident that I would be able to improve his oral health little by little, as the bones and regular tooth brush did not seem to be doing much about his plaque. This product is great, as long as your dog trust you to sit still and let you gently pick away! I can not believe the improvement he has had! I would recommend this to anyone with a pet that is having issues with plaque build-up.

very light and handy, it is not as those professional tools, but it is good enough to just your dog some cleaning on a daily basis, easy to clean off from the teeth and good vaule of money.if you are able to clean your dog teeth everyday, it would save you a lot of money bringing your dog to the dentist.

Squeaky clean, plaque free teeth !!! Good quality products ! Easy to use for beginners and helps aid in k9 dental health. I would purchase again but due to the durability I doubt I will ever have to replace them !! But I highly recommend!
