I really liked this so far, had it almost 3 years and it's been great. However, I discover tonite the controller is dying out, it won't stay on. I thought over the past week or so it's been going off and wondered if I turned it off. Nope. Power button doesn't stay on. They do want you to try a reset first, by turning controller off and unplug it from the wall for a while, then try again. Mine didnt work.Called the company today, about five minutes on the phone, very nice young lady asked for the model number and quality control numbers off the back of the controller, got my name and address, checked to see if they have one in stock, and she's sending a replacement and allow 48 hours for processing. Fantastic 5-star service, thank you!!!

I ordered this for the obvious reasons- and it works well for me. I have been using this for one week (not a longevity review) and it is only early fall here- but it has served its purpose well! It is nice to get into a warm bed, customized to my temperature preference (my husband doesn’t want any heat so I did not even attached the heating cord to his side.)-It’s zones work well!-The cord was long enough for my needs. It plugs into the the pad at the end of the mattress and then loops under the bed and back to an outlet at the bedside stand. It has adequate length to my outlets but depending on where yours are, you may want to check the cord length.-With that said, with separate controls this requires two electrical outlets- FYI.-This fit my deep mattress well.-Even on the highest setting this does not seem to get “too hot”- it has never been uncomfortably warm for me, even on the highest setting (I think that is good- but if you like it really warm it may not get “that warm”).-The auto turn-off seems to be functional but it is a pretty discrete function- not something you select to occur. I think it has turned off on its own…Some reviews complained about the plug in location being near the feet, this has not bothered me. I have not noticed it.-Some reviews say that the warmth at the feet or head of the bed is lacking. I think that I can tell where the heating units cut off, near my feet, and maybe if I was really stretched out this might be noticeable but with it has not been an issue for me. If you were a very tall it may make more of a difference.So far so good- no real complaintsBut I also wasn’t so “wowed” as to give to a 5 star review ;)

It heats up as described, but it's nothing to write home about ... meaning the controller leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't matter how I position the controller, it's always upside down when I reach for it ... and the lights are super tiny and require a great deal of fumbling to adjust the temperature. Even though it functions well when set, I definitely would not purchase this brand again just because of the controller. It's just too aggravating.

Within 1/2 hour of turning the pad on its warm. love getting in warm sheets and blankets. little big for my mattress but will work.

When we sleep at night, I like it warm, my husband likes it cool. I like a blanket, him?.... not so much. I bought this heated mattress pad and it's the best of both worlds for us. Easy to use. I warm up my side before I go to sleep. Then in the morning, I turn it on again for those extra cozy hours of sleep. He like the pre-heat feature for when he goes to bed. I don't think we will need our electric blanket this winter. The only drawback is the "block" like connectors at the foot. But it's something we are getting used to. And, I understand they are necessary for the function. All-in-all, we like it!

Since I live on Oregon coast it's definitely a must have item. And the cats are very happy too. Works& fits my bed perfect.

This mattress warmer even had a setting to quickly rewarm your bed after a trip to the cold bathroom. But don't leave it on very long as the heat may be to high for you after ahwile.

Quit working after 2 months of use. This was a replacement to the same product that also quit working after a short period of time. DO NOT purchase this mattress pad. Chose another brand. this product is clearly inferior and defective. Amazon you should quit selling this until the manufacturer fixes the issues. Once again consider your options before purchasing this one. WASTE OF MONEY AGAIN...not impressed....

I am replacing a another mattress pad that gave up the ghost on one side of the mattress pad, but on my old one that I had for 3 years and used very steady almost every night for at least 6 months of the year, its medium heat is hotter than the Highest heat setting on this new one. My old one had 3 settings, low, medium, high, this new one has 5 settings, 1,2, do nothing3, 4, a little warmer, and 5 which is the highest is like a luke medium. I thought about sending it back, but I waited a while to get a new one, I don't think I would buy this again, I will look next time for another brand.

My husband feels the cold, cause he's outside all day in all kinds of weather. So for a good night sleep this is working out perfectly!!! He loves it. You don't feel the wires when you lay on it, like some I've had in the past years. Thanks

Loved this heat bed until it quit working within 6 months. I usually get 2-3 yrs out of my heat beds and it gets used almost all year. Sadly I this one started having issues in the first 6 months. Just didn’t have the life span of my last few. But when set to 5 and preheat, wow like fire on my legs. Wonderful on cold winter nights. But I won’t be buying this brand again.

Purchased this product in May and has stopped working July 2.Tried to register warranty but kept saying out of area. Tried calling to register but could never get through.Do not purchase this product.
