More than erotica
Darrin Hart lays bare his life as a "modern cuckold," a term he uses to describe a husband who enjoys sharing his wife with other men. In this case, this white couple is especially eager to invite handsome young black men have sex with Darrin's wife, Sara. While every chapter is filled with graphic scenes of these sexual encounters, the most notable aspect of this memoir is not the numerous sex scenes but the way Darrin Hart exposes his inner thoughts, fears, and failings throughout the book. All involved enjoy this lifestyle at one time or another. Darrin is the willing husband who arranges these sexual encounters and loves to watch. Sara is the conflicted wife who enjoys the feeling of well-endowed men in bed and pleasing her husband's wishes to watch, but struggles with feelings of "Catholic guilt." Certainly, the young men who bed Sara have a great time. So, what's not to love about their arrangement? You'll have to read the book to find out.The surprising ending (or maybe not so surprising ending depending on your perspective) confirms that this book is not your typical trashy romance novel or mere collection of erotica. It reads as a very authentic book of non-fiction that explores genuine human emotions, touching on the balance between societal and religious correctness versus sexual satisfaction and exploration, and how far both husband and wife should go to please the other. These are challenges all couples can relate to.I downloaded the Kindle edition of this book and found the formatting problems mentioned by a previous reviewer (by "MYOB") have been corrected. There are still a small number of very minor typos (e.g., "Tryon" instead of "Tyron" and "Ted Cruise" instead of "Tom Cruise") but they're not any more frequent than most texts and aren't distracting. If you enjoy interracial "cuckold" stories then I'm sure you will absolutely love this erotic book. If that's not your cup of tea then I still think you will find a lot to enjoy about this book, as I did. It is a rare look inside a world few will ever experience and even fewer will ever talk about with half the candor of Darrin Hart. I would like to hear the wife's perspective, as well. Maybe that will be this couple's follow up memoir.

Why didn't the "author" simply....
It seems to me that the author missed something very important in his relationship wit his hot wife.He was constantly getting his "wife" new lovers, and she never commented....but when she finally wanted someone when she finally expresses a desire of her own ....he balked BIG TIME...even to the point of lying to her about him and his availability. It made me realize that he was solely in it for whathe wanted her to experience and her desires (when not in sync with his own) werenot to be tolerated. He came across very short-sighted and selfish if you ask me. He seemed more interestedin controlling what he saw her do, rather than let her have what she enjoyed. It was either my way or the highway...I thought cuckolds were obedient to the needs and wants of the womanand her lover(s).He was too rigid to narrow in vision to want to see her happy in how she wanted to experience lovers.A good lesson for all of us....be careful what you want for someone else...in case they want it slightly differently. Don'tforce feed happiness to someone.

Great Story Spoiled by Printing Errors
Wow, what a shame. This looks to be a very interesting read. The narrator's voice is intimate and real - nothing shy or coy or fake about it. The story line seems believable. The subject matter is hot. The characters develop in unexpected yet internally consistent ways...... at least I think so...The trouble is, it looks like the printer really screwed up.Ever get a Word doc from someone at the office - a doc they're in the middle of editing? Ever notice what happens if they haven't accepted all the edits yet or haven't set the doc to show final markups? Ever try printing that doc? This book looks like a case study in why you need to *preview* before you print. There are bizarre editing errors in every paragraph, stuff like,"I made it a point to updateTthe ad we had placed, t, I made a point o update."Yes, that line break is in there. The book is littered with examples like this. Not one or two: we're talking dozens per page. I've tried but after a couple pages I swear I started getting a headache. And where the action is hottest the problems are the worst. Clearly the author spent a lot of time and effort to get the scenes just right - and you can see every single edit!I would love to finish this book. Heck, I'd like the start this book! It looks fantastic. But until the printing is corrected, it's unreadable.Such a shame.

Overall this was an exciting piece of reading. Understand g that experiences vary I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Enjoyed reading what it's like for a hub. Being a (bull) in the lifestyle you seldom hear about what happens to the marital dynamics or even who the experience is really for. In this book the other seemed to really want the encounters to continue even though she (the wife) had reservations. What was also refreshing was the fact that they chose love and family over the lifestyle. At the end of the night all you have is family. That's the only downfall of being a (Bull). The hub goes home with the toy.

good book Derrin
I did enjoy it. It is crazy to think of a man looking up how to hook his wife up with men. I think I prefer the genre that is more of oops I did not mean to go all the way, but look at the can of worms I opened up in my heart. It feels good to feel bad type of writing. Did not feel this way in Derrin's writing. Hard to argue about it though, for it is supposed to be a real story.

Candaulisme
Un peu répétitif. J'aurais aimé que que l'auteur fasse mieux sentir sa psychologie et ses sentiments. Coquin, mais peu mieux faire sur un sujet tellement peu abordé, alors qu'il peut être si profond...
