Best one yet
I cycle right through the winter months and have bought a number of skull caps to fit under my helmet with varied success as I have quite a large head. This FDX model fits perfectly and pulls down enough to cover ears. I haven't bothered with the 'glasses holes' because most of us wear our glasses outside the caps.

Did a great job
A snug fit. Comfortable. Felt great on the head. Took a while to get my glasses through the side apertures but that’s just practice. My head stayed warm all ride unlike my fingers and toes. The last 4 miles home I couldn’t change gear due to the crap winter gloves I’d bought. My head though was toasty. Well worth the outlay, not that this cap is expensive as it’s not. Value for money so get one.

Fits a 62cm big head
I searched for an under helmet cap that was designed for a large head and/or had reviews that recommended that it was suitable for a big head. Bingo! I found this, ordered it one day and got it via Royal Mail 24 the next day! What service. As you can see from the photos it’s a perfect fit covering my ears and the back of my neck. My xl Hedkayse helmet fits snugly over the cap and I am very happy with this purchase and such good value at £7.50 including postage. I haven’t tried it on the bike yet but I am confident it will do the job.

A “one-size” skull-cap for use under skiing and biking helmets…
This “one-size” skull-cap by FDX does the job at keeping your head that little bit warmer when wearing helmets like those used for cycling, mounting biking, skiing and snowboarding etc., in very cold conditions. It has a closely weaved outer shell and a thin micro-fleece inner, which covers the entire head and not just the headband like some others available. The stretch was sufficient to accommodate my male-sized head, but I think that it would also be suitable for those with a smaller size head shape as well, so in theory one-size should fit all. The blind-stitched seams are comfortable during use and I couldn’t feel them when wearing a helmet, which is what you would expect. The slots for the arms of a pair of glasses are a mixed blessing and works better with straight armed frames rather than the curved ear pieces found on most spectacles.I found that if I was wearing glasses and using the slots then the cap didn’t fit close to the top of my head (see the photos attached to this review). However, if I pulled the cap down far enough to make it fit closely to my head, then the holes for the glasses ended up being too low to be used. As a result of this, I didn’t use the glasses slots at all, but instead pushed them under the cap from the front instead. Whilst the slots didn’t work for me, other reviewers don’t seem to have had an issue with them - I guess it’s down to personal choice, but for me they don’t work well enough to justify having them.I found that the edge of the cap would curl up and wouldn’t sit flat on my head for some reason? Possibly due to the tightness of the stretch in this area? Whatever the reason it didn’t present a problem on my MTB helmet, but might be an issue on some other lower fitting helmets? I have tried to show this issue in one of the photos attached to this review. At a price of £17.99 when tested, I don’t think this is very good value for money, but when writing this review the price had been lowered to £12.99, which although is better it’s still a lot to pay for an unknown brand, particularly considering the issues highlighted.
