Had this a good few months now but probably only used it 20/30 times. Very early on the small latch that holds the rear hopper flap closed snapped off, to their credit the seller sent a replacement free of charge.It is easy to pilot and holds a good capacity of bait. Easy to drive it out and dump rig, lead and bait from the rear hopper. That's about as much positivity I can give to this bait boat.Since then the controller has consistently beeped as soon as you turn it on, which is very annoying l, not just for me but other anglers on the bank. Also the controller on switch is not working properly and takes some fiddling for it to stay on. Overall the controller feels very flimsy. I have emailed Bilbear but they never replied.On several occasions the boat has seemingly stopped taking commands from the controller and careered into the island on the lake I fish. The propellers keeps pushing the boat forward into the bank. Then all of a sudden it will respond to the controller, however trying to reverse is terrible, zero reverse power makes it so hard to get out of trouble. So I have had to change direction and "wiggle" it free. This is happening at no more than 50-60 metres out so it's not a range issue.On my most recent trip the motor controlling the rear hopper has just decided to go berserk and it won't stay closed, meaning you can't load anything.I very much regret spending my money on this boat, it is a real let down and doesn't measure up to even minimal expectations.I suggest you save your money and spend a bit more on a more tried and tested brand. Learn from my mistake! Avoid at all costs...

The media could not be loaded. Bought as a gift for the hubby, not disappointed! It's a great little boat with programmable GPS and automatical return to homing point. Amazing!

The boat works as advertised, but then I had a problem with one of its components, I contacted the seller, and they were quick to help and send a replacement. Would shop here again!

I bought this boat for a trip to France, and seeing the spec it had all the features I wanted at a lower price than competitors so bought it. For first three days of my holiday the boat worked great at ranges upto about 110m (further and signal often got lost). But on the Wednesday the unit stopped working with no power in the unit despite the battery being fully charged. The boat didn’t have water in it and no obvious fault could be found. The bait boat that I was relying breaking down, ruined my holiday as I could longer fish where I had been. When returned home have seen boat has ONLY 6 WEEKS WARRANTY- didn’t see that before purchasing and clearly shows build quality expectations. After sales service has been suggesting fixes to my problems rather than replacing / refunding the faulty goods. Now I am stuck with a faulty boat with intermittent faults that I have no confidence whether it will work or not. It works out at over £10 a go for the few times the boat actually worked for me - poor value for money.
