made a noticeable difference in air flow. wouldn't ride bike without it now.

I can't say exactly which part of the design fails these, or if it's just a failure all around...but these just don't stay put. At all. Even just putting them in and not doing anything, they just work themselves out. I did a measurement of my nostril per the instructions on the product page, resulting trying the "large" size. I tried them while sleeping....disappeared somewhere in my bed. Trying them while mountain biking...nope. I read somewhere a suggestion to put them in "backwards" and tried that too. Point is, they don't work. The search continues.

Please were definitely a great purchase. I’m battling horrible seasonal allergies and my sinuses are the most impacted. I really noticed a positive difference the first day wearing these. However my sinus congestion got to the point where nothing was helping. I would totally recommend this product not just for people with a deviated septum but also for athletes who want to step up their game with regards to the oxygen usage. I hope these pictures help!

The fit of these nasal aids was not good. The nose bridge was not deep enough, so the device didn't go far enough into my nose to do much. It also didn't stay in and fell out after a minute or so. The structure of the piece is pretty flexible and crushed once in my nose. I was hoping to find a less expensive option, but the more expensive competitors version works a lot better.

They arrived well packaged, and I was able to get them to fit easily (but not too loosely) in my nostrils. But they had no discernible effect on my. breathing.

I started wearing these at night and I notice a much better improvement in my airflow when breathing than I experienced with nose strips. I have one I've used for a month without any problems even though they recommend only using them about ten times.

These are more comfortable and don't push the sides of the nose outward.Most other dilators are used for snoring, but these are better for all day, and night use.

I have tried many-many times to use it. There is some immediate improvement, but I guess one can get more from breathing techniques. Overpriced should be in capital letters. The biggest problem that in 5-10 minutes it would stimulate a significant allergic or mechanistic reaction by generating super abundant mucus and its leaking. Just did not work favorably for me.

These are the best nasal dilators I’ve tried yet. There’s a knack for getting them in, which takes a few tries practicing, but once you get the hang of it, they’re easy to position. Once in position, they fully enhance breathing and are amazingly strong considering how soft they are. I use mine all night, every night, and don’t use anything else now. I have a collapsed nostril and for years I’ve used nasal strips, and other forms of dilation. These work the best.

Of all the inserts I have tried these are the best. The inserts come in 2 sizes small and large, I haven't got a large nose but the large size fits best. Bit on the uncomfortable side but what the cost of improved breathing.

"Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid”“Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Stop Snoring Aids for Men & Women, Small/Medium Anti Snore Strips, Original Tan, 30 Strips”…These aren't the same as the 10 pack (clear) I bought from chemist for £6.10. These are a VERY sticky, solid plaster-type .... they adhere well but, as other reviewers have said, feel like they could rip your skin off when removing - as others suggest, moisten before removing. I have my nose under a running tap or remove in the shower: remove slowly and they won't damage your skin. They work in that they dilate the nostrils - these are the ones I re-order. (I can't comment about snoring as that's not a problem for me).I've tried the "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" - smallest size was the only one I could tolerate... they do open the nasal passages, but, because they're baulky, they also partly block them. They quickly went in the bin.I next tried the "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid - Nasal Dilator for Athletic Breathing", this I managed to keep in all night the first time. Opens the nostrils without the feeling that it's blocking them at all. Be careful to manoeuvre the piece in your nose gently.However, I tried to tolerate them during the day and had 2 problems... firstly, lots of irritating discomfort (scratches inside of nose). Secondly, as soon as I put it in, I wanted to blow my nose.... obvious problem ensued. In the end I gave up. The design seems good but they need to be made of a material that doesn't scratch/irritate the nose.Summary: -Breath Right strips are great at dilating the nostrils - moisten (well) before/during removal.The 2 types of in-nostril dilators need rethinking or improving imho.Hope this helps someone else ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Managed to insert no problem, however it would not stay in whilst running, it didn't matter what I did it kept falling out and my nose saw it as a foreign object and created lots of mucas, I persevered but no matter what I did I could not make it work
