LIKE:1) Love this because it is well crafted metal hilt2) The blade is held securely and stable and strong with four screws.2) This is the only lightsabre good enough for HEAVY dueling.3) Love the variety of presets and all of the other functions of the blade.4) The lightsaber is nicely balanced with a heavy hilt.DISLIKE:1) The programing of this lightsaber is about 70 percent reliable. (My darth vader pre-set have a rainbow blade as his blade instead of the red. To shut off the blade the stabbing action works 2 percent of the time. However turning on the blade with the stabbing action works 100 percent of the time.2) The packing was a mess which cause me to feel really bad about this purchase. Although everything was undamaged and clean, I still find myself questioning my purchase. But I shouldn't it a very well-designed saber. Don't know why a 350 dallor item was packaged as a caller caller item.Would be EXTREMELY AWESOME:1) If you allow your customers an easy way to reconfigure all aspects of the functionality of the light saber. (It would give all your customers a sense that they actually created their saber as any jedi would have). Also please put in a reset option for those who would get lost starting out there reconfigurations.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is really cool and worth the money the packaging and everything was really cool and good. I also got this package in like 2 days the shipping was really good and fast. The only reason i gave this 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of instructions. they give u a little paper but it don’t really explain much. And also i got a usb hard drive but it doesn’t explain what to do with it . I also recived some scripting like tech malaware drive. Took me awhile to figure out everything but once i did it was worth it. I 100 percent recommend this and if anyone has questions let’s me know.

Epic! The force will be with you... I am so glad I made this purchase and couldn't be happier! Manual customizations can take some getting use to, I plan to post a tutorial video soon.

Paid 360+ for my lightsaber I was super excited only to be extremely disappointed. Seller still has not reached out after waiting several days.Saber is definitely glitching/faulty. Does not light up properly, won’t turn on/off correctly. It’s a mess. Packaging was messed up and also terrible for an expensive piece. Had zero protection just thrown in a flimsy box. Didn’t give me any reassurance that I was paying for something of good quality.Shipping was also a nightmare and wound up being late.

I wasn't sure what to expect and it was 1st Class and a premium product. I hoped it was good knowing I had 30 days to return and it definitely delivered. I am very happy!! :)
