Beautiful
Brilliant !!!This book was so good. I really enjoyed the story and the characters. I was so happy when I heard that this book was coming after reading The Birthday List. Molly and Finn were in the first quite a bit and I was dying to know what had gone one between them. I knew a small part from the first book but I needed more.Things havent been easy between Molly and Finn. After 6 years being apart and getting a divorce things were getting a bit better. They could be in a room together and it wouldn't be uncomfortable. They were both getting on with there lives well that's what they thought. There was still chemistry between them and one night after to much wine one thing led to another and they were in a place they never thought they would be. They both knew it wasn't goin in the right direction but it was hard to stop they were both lonely and needed someone. Why not go to the person that gave you the luv you once craved more than anything.Things got really complicated between them when letter kept turning up in Molly's letter box. The letters were written by Finn but we're for him to get his thoughts out they weren't for Molly to see. But someone was putting them there and was making them dealing with the past and the feeling they have never talked about. Things were harder between them now with them having kids and living there own lives. But it was hard to stay apart after spending more time together and the feelings that had been buried were now fighting to come out. They were both realized that they had both made mistakes throughout there marriage and divorce it was one good thing that came out of the letters they had to face what they hadn't wanted to say.I luvd this book they is heart breaking and shows how it's easy to just push things aside when your heartbroken and don't want to hurt the person you luv but you end up doin it any way. I felt so sorry for both Molly and Finn throughout this book. They have both changed so much since they first got together but there luv now was even stronger. I was so dying for them to get back together. They made such a great couple and they worked so well. They did have a lot to sort out and with every letter that came good or bad it made them face the problems. I would highly recommend this book. From the start I was addicted to the story and characters. It was great seeing the characters from the first especially Randall and Jimmy them guys still crack me up. Poppy and Cole are still great together after what they have been through so I enjoyed more of them seeing them get stronger was so good. I'm so glad the author did this book it was just what I wanted plus more even though it was heart breaking it was still beautiful.

A beautiful second chance romance
It feels like I’ve been waiting and wanting this story for much much longer than the just over a year it’s actually been since I finished The Birthday List, but this was definitely my most anticipated read for this year, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. When The Birthday List concluded and Molly and Finn went their separate ways, I was upset, but I got it, I understood, marriage is hard and people make mistakes, they stop fighting for each other and start fighting against each other and there are things that are said and done that are unforgivable, but I had still been rooting for them from start to finish. You don’t get angry with, and you aren’t hurt by the actions of someone who means nothing to you, to be in the place Finn was in, you had to love someone so much that it was unbearable to think of Molly as anything but perfect.6 years on and Finn has been dating numerous women whilst Molly has lived the penance she decided for herself after she made a mistake, solitude. A life spent working hard at the restaurant, taking care of her kids and doing things alone whilst they are at Finns house, and just existing, rather than living. After a few too many glasses of wine and another mistake made, Molly wakes to find a letter in her mailbox. It’s not been sent through the mail and the writing on the envelope isn’t one she’s seen before, but the writing inside is a different story. This is a letter Finn wrote to Molly after they first met, it’s sweet, heartfelt and romantic and Molly has never seen it before in her life. After the second letter turns up, Molly confronts Finn asking why he’s sending them now, but Molly soon finds out Finn isn’t the one sending them, but who is? and Finn is even more scared as the first 2 letters might bring up happy memories, but he knows what’s still to come won’t end the same way.I can’t say too much without giving too much away, but this story is the one I didn’t know was missing from my life until I read it, it left me in pieces because it was utterly perfect in its heartbreak and love and everything in between, but now it’s over and I wish I could experience it all for the first time again as it is a rollercoaster ride of angst, anger, hurt, forgiveness, healing and ultimately a forever love that’s stronger than ever. I never wanted this journey to end, but I’m so grateful Devney decided to write it, it was the perfect ending. This is a story I will read over and over to take in everything I missed and experience all the feelings again and again.Let me just finish by saying, the epilogue to this story is one of the best I’ve ever read, I don’t think I’ve ever been crying heartbroken tears then burst into laughter at the same time. Absolute perfection!

Tremendous Series
Loved this one as much as The Birthday List, possibly more, because I already met all the characters in the first story. And how nice they all are; even through all their personal trials and tribulations, you're really pulling for them to get their happy endings. I really enjoyed it, though at times I wanted to smack Finn or Molly upside the head ! I hadn't guessed right on the sender of the letters so that was good, too. I like to be wrong as I get a surprise that way. There were some sniffy moments from this reader, along with some instances of giggling at odd remarks, especially something Poppy said in the cafe !! Hehehe....I was a little shocked to happen across the errors I did, however, considering the fact I think she has FOUR proofreaders !! As with other recent reviews I've noted that commas are suddenly being dropped at the end of sentences. This seems to be a new way of writing and not one I appreciate. As in "You don't have freckles either" or "Thanks though" or "Can I go too ?" There are plenty more but I'm not bothering to type the lot out. And it's wrong !!She also wrote wretched and not retched, though it was spelled correctly at a further mention, and then, in her acknowledgements waivers and not wavers ! That shocked me and made me roll my eyes at the same time.I did laugh aloud at this sentence, cos' she may has well have been writing in Arabic for me, "I've got a growler with the latest amber from Bozeman Brewing." I googled it and figured out what was meant but it did make me laugh that we supposedly share the same language !!Now I'll try another series by this author, though this one is a hard act to follow, I'd say.
