After using my first two pounds of this product I can honestly say that this did work for me in increasing my lactation. I did find it worked best when used in a baked good, such as cookies, especially if it was paired with oats. That said even in some pancakes or mixed into a drink this still got things moving and helped me to produce more higher quality milk.The taste isn't candy but after a week or so I go used to it. The price is excellent too.I did stick these in the freezer for a week and then stored them in the fridge to ensure bugs wouldn't take it over but I can't say I found evidence that bugs were in it at all.

I put a teaspoon on each of my 3 dogs' Freshpet food everyday. This is the best flea & tick deterrent that I have ever bought. No more flea collars or flea pills. I live in North Texas where fighting fleas is stressful because my neighbors don't use flea deterrent on their yards. This stuff is great!

This was the best value I could find. Used this as the active ingredient in a lactation cookie recipe and I can't even tell it's in there! No bitter taste. It has actually increased my milk supply, which is great. I was skeptical but ended up being pleasantly surprised. I will note that I tried mixing it into my yogurt and that was a mistake - the texture was gross! But baking with it was another story.
