Turning the Tide: Saving the Chesapeake Bay

Living, sailing, fishing, crabbing and recreating on the Chesapeake Bay for many years,(and having been a Biology Major) I fully appreciate what it has to offer and why we must preserve it. I've listened to Tom Horton and respect him and his work.This book is a must read for anyone interested in the Bay, ecology, and preservation of our natural resources which we must we must treasure and protect.

Good book on the Chesapeake. Worth the read if you are interested.

I'm not sure I actually purchased the "revised and expanded edition" shown in your photo of the book on this review page. If so, then the sent copy is actually the older original printing. Still, this version is a wonderful compilation of information garnered to show the trends in status of the Chesapeake Bay (as of 22 years ago).I was interested in the senior authors philosophy of bay restoration.
