Bought this bench in memory of our uncle who loved this country and loved the 4th of July! We were all so pleased with the bench and quality. It assembled in minutes! Just a few screws. Couldn’t have been easier. It seems like the paint will last. We will add a plaque later. I know he would be happy with it!

I LOVE this bench. It is on my front porch where everyone can see and I get lots of compliments and comments on it. I wanted to have a large USA Flag in my yard but am unable to because I would have no way of keeping light on it during the dark hours. This bench on my front porch is under porch lights which are on all night so that solves that problem. The bench itself is well made and appears to be sturdy. It was packaged well and there was no damage to the bench. The paint on the metal is shiny and bright and looks like it will last a long time. My only regret is that I did not order it last fall when it was $50.00 cheaper.

Being a retired USA Officer, as soon as I saw the item, I knew it was the park bench for me. Altho the shipping box did not fare well, the bench was not damaged. Once installed and and placed in an appropriate location, I stepped back and gave it a salute. It will "knock your socks off!". It is guaranteed to get your attention! I would recommend that to assemble it, you need more than two hands. The hardware comes in a blister pack and that is very helpful, since the box was badly damaged and some of the items could have been lost in shipment. Another helpful hint, I secured it with four bungee cords, attached to four tent pegs. I also placed the feet on brick pavers, to keep it off the ground. The instructions recommended that you make a cover for the flag portion, to protect it from the weather, particularly in the winter. The supporting structure can be repainted, as needed, but not the flag. Fortunately, I had a piece of heavy duty black canvas and I made a case for the back that can be slipped on/off very easily. Buy it and enjoy it. Salute

I was so excited to give this to my husband. It's gorgeous- but it doesn't fit together well. The flag held up with only the top right screw as it wasn't long enough for the second one to go through and looks like the right side is pushed out just to get the top screw in. I'm not sending it back because I ready put it together and had it given as a gift but wish it would have gone together as pictured. My husband did message the manufacturer on the issue and hope to hear back. Such a shame. So beautiful for the US patriot.

This bench looks really nice. It’s very sturdy. It is back heavy, so since we don’t have it up against something, we did stake it down so the wind wouldn’t blow it over. But it’s a very stunning look out in our yard….an eye catcher for sure.

Assembly instructions were a bit confusing. Flag colors are bright and make more an attractive bench. I ordered a navy blue bench cushion which adds comfort and brings out the blue in the flag. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and he loves his new bench!

I bought it cause it looks good on my front porch but i dont really sit on it. Its more of a decorative feature.You can carry it your garage in the winter if your in a harsh climate.

I spent longer chasing down bits of styrofoam in my yard than I did assembling the bench. Keep a vacuum cleaner handy when you open the box. As an environmentalist, I was horrified. The sheets of styrofoam explode upon contact. Surely they can come up with a better packaging solution. Brown recycled paper would be the best.
