I purchased a very cheap $40 office chair on Amazon about 4 years ago and thought it was serving its purpose until I started noticing the back pain it had given me! Since working permanently from home, I knew that I needed to upgrade my chair to avoid risking permanent issues with my back. As soon as I sat in this new chair, I could feel the pressure taken off of my lower back. Assembling the chair was relatively easy, albeit awkward at times. The chair so far has provided great support and is very comfortable while looking great. You definitely get what you pay for and if you sit all day for work, spend the extra funds for quality. Happy with this purchase!

I have been working from home since March 2020, my office had provided me an old chair which is not good with support and because of that I even got back pain because of the posture issue. Later I went to a chiropractor and I liked the chair at his office and he send me the link to buy this one, I bought it the next day after seeing much positive feedback.The first thing the chair has been perfectly packed in a real small packing. The easier chair I ever assembled the total process took like less than 20 minutes which is straight forward and the screws are given a few extra.I was excited to use this chair and send the first pic to my chiropractor which he smiled.I have been using this chair for over a month now and it's a really comfortable and easy swing feature and goes up and down. the main thing is the lumbar support which is helpful for me as I sit in front for my PC for a long time.

So I finally got around to replacing my computer chair, and for something we use so much, its amazing how much we dont focus on ergonomics. This chair changed all of that, the headrest is comfy, the arms moving in and out, with height is amazing. and the mesh is very soft. I love the fact that the seat is a soft material, while the back is mesh. most chairs are all mesh or all material. So its nice to have a hybrid. Also its built for tall people. Im 6'2 and i can actually use the headrest.

Chair is comfortable, but the elbow support slides forward at the light pressure. The vertical position valve does not hold over tome

For $200 I wanted a chair to do more than go up and down. It will lean back but will not lock in place.I am only 120lb. Even on the lowest resistance I have to push off my desk or the wall to make it lean back. Otherwise I am sitting at a 90 degree angle which is not comfortable.I also hoped the headrest would move out of the way when my hair is up so my neck isn’t forced down. It will not move out of the way. I have to take my hair down if I want to sit in the chair without my neck looking down at my keyboard.If it could lean back the chair has a nice shape but no one wants to sit straight up while studying long hours.

I am 53 and I wasn’t sure if the chair would be too tall for me. I do sit a bit below the head rest but I feel that all of the ergonomically features support me during very long business days. I bought a separate foot rest so I could also rock and flex my legs from time to time.

Very satisfied. This is a high quality chair. Impressed.

I am finding this chair very comfortable. I spend 40+ hours a week in it and like it.

I bought this chair earlier this year and have found it to have a pretty sturdy construction overall and is quite comfortable. The problems started pretty soon after, however. Not sure if I just got a messed up cylinder or this is normal for this particular product but the cylinder on mine constantly sinks in a really jerky, anxiety-inducing fashion. For the record, I only weigh in at around 170 lbs. The other problem I've had is that both arm cushions on each arm rest have broken off already. They have a really small attach point to the armrest supports and its all plastic so it just won't take much for them to break. I still get good use out of the chair but will have to replace the cylinder before it drives me insane.

I spend a lot of time at the computer as I am an IT professional. I've been using a standard office chair with the resulting pain in my back and When I saw this, I decided to try it. It is easy to assemble. The chair has lumbar support, height adjustment for seat height, lumbar support height, head support height and angle and chair arm height.Honestly, I am amazed at how comfortable this chair is and how long I can sit in it without pain in my back.

TL;DRI like this product overall. I has a comfort cushion and the headrest is super helpful when I want to lay back and take a nap. Arm rest can be adjusted to a high position which is well suit for a sitting position. One thing I really want which is missing from this desk is the adjustable lumbar support. The lumbar support is at good height for my wife but a little bit lower for me.Pro:1. Comfort cushion, adjustable headrest and armrest, which can put you in a relax position when lay back for a nap.2. The lay back tension is adjustable, can fit both heavy person (like me) and light person.3. The armrest direction is adjustable too, which is good for a WFH office where use laptop and monitors a lot.Cons:1. Lumbar support is not adjustable, which I really hope it can be.2. It cannot lock the lay back position. So you have to adjust the spring to a perfect tension to hold your weight at the correct position and angle.

I was excited when my chair arrived early! Way cool. Assembly was a expected. Took about 30 min or so (I have assembled more than a few chairs over the years so have developed this into a fine art!). My only disappointment is that it does not tilt back as much as I had hoped. I would recommend this chair.

I sustained major soft tissue damage from a severe motor vehicle accident over 4 years ago. My lifestyle has been drastically affected with most of my daily effort around sustaining the nerve and muscle function I do have. I am currently in school full time and spend a large part of my day at a computer. I have developed sciatica from improper seating and looked long and hard before making a decision on a new office chair.Within about a half hour of sitting in the chair, my body started to ache and I was constantly readjusting to find a comfortable position. Even with a memory foam foot support, I am unable to find relief. Aside from the headrest, nothing on the back is adjustable and the lumbar support is so low it meets the top of the seat and ends just above my hip bones. It is completely useless and, in fact, contributes to slouching and causes improper posture leading to further pain.I'm incredibly disappointed with the results and am left with a $300 chair I wouldn't even resell. Now I must try to dissemble and return the chair to its original packaging. Not happy.
