Good adhesive and amount of hooks, just what was needed

Self adhesive = glue
Update - supplier absolutely brilliant, sorted issue with no fuss. If need again would buy from them product is lovely. Self adhesive pads on the ends, however it also had a small tube of glue to put into the ends and padsThis again ok if glue came out of tube. Very thick paste which will not spread . Does not drip like the instructions suggest. New glue and all working.

I used it to hang plants from my ceiling, and it's been up for nearly a month and doing fantastically.Really easy instructions and is simple to install, just make sure you press really hard and leave it for two good days before hanging anything from it.

Wasn't expecting the hooks to move around but yea it's okay . Also.allow glue to stay for up to 24hrs before hanging anything otherwise it will fall off

Very strong.
Used to hang kitchen tools inside my kitchen cupboard. Has about 14 tools, so is very strong & looks good.
