Adding to a previous review- giving more stars for using it to make CHIVDA
Previously I wrote "Poha dish made with this brand Poha becomes a gooey soggy mess, the grains do not keep their shape at all, And nor is there much taste of flavour." Now I am adding this" BUT it works pretty well if you want to just roast/fry the flakes with kadi patta and mustard and red chilli and some peanuts -and make chivda out of it"!

Product is very crispy, flaky and tasty. It is sliced very thin and tastes good in raw itself.

Tooooo crispy for my liking
I enjoy chewy texture of the poha. Nothing has come close to 24 mantra’s red rice poha yet. I also like phalada’s red rice poha.
