No joke, this has to be the greatest purchase I have ever made! The chairs recline quietly and in the perfect position while you get to fine tune your comfort with the head rest and lumbar support controls. Eventhing is strong an sturdy, plugs are properly coordinated so that you can plug the chairs in to the center limiting how many plugs go in to the wall. The lights are a nice ambient touch but the company should consider partnering up with a lighting company like Philips hue so you could controle and sync your lighting.Be mindful that any time you buy an item this big there is always going to be a chance for shipping issues. UPS uses alot of privately own shipping companies and most times the seller and you are unaware. We ran in to a snag and our shipping got held up do to a shipping error. But this company has such amazing customer service that they were on the phone with and the shipping company none stop until the issue was resolved and our furniture was in our home. In fact right after we name our purchase here their customer service called to thank us and discussed delivery with us. They asked important questions such what type of trucks would make down our road to ensure proper deliver. Customer Service plus great furniture, I couldn't ask for more.

as advertised, solid piece of furniture & very nice leather. fear is, there is a lot of electric here. i have had a problem with the recline switch on left side ( it quit ) but it is working now. where would i find replacements? that is the fear. i have seen no warranty. as long as everything works i am happy

This Valencia Tuscany XL Sofa beats all expectations by far! Extremely sturdy! With the adjustable head and lumbar supports, it's amazingly comfortable at 6'2", 200 lbs! Customer Service agent called regularly to update me on the progress even after delivery to be sure that I was happy with the purchase. Extremely friendly and professional, even had her cell number! 100% BEST experience ever!
