I only had to use one sashet and stopped the diarrhea. I would recommend this product especially because of the natural ingredients.

Easy to mix,pleasant citrus/ pineapple taste.Took the full packer but didn’t help.Diarrhoea? due to food poisoning,went o see GP after a week and he advised that it could take up to 4 weeks.

Does what it says on the tin
Taste was not bad. After chronic runs I had two doses and I am back to normal now. This was a week ago so it did the job.

It helps as described, travel friendly
Bought it together with their liquid sticks. Both work as described. The liquid variant is easier to take but this one is better to have when travelling.
