I lived out of this while in Italy this year for 10 days. Great product, tons of room and great pockets too.

You can fit a lot in this backpack. I head to the airport monthly for a 3-day flight trip with just this. I can just fit my dirty construction boots and hard hat in the bottom, where they are separate from my clean clothes, which all fit nicely in the main area with my 2 laptops, their big batteries, and an extra pair of shoes. The liner separating the main and bottom compartments is versatile, allowing more up top or on bottom. There is plenty of space in the top zipper flap for toilet articles, and my essentials I want close at hand all day fit into the roomy front and side pockets. I can fit my larger kindle in the front or top zipper pockets and not take up anywhere near the entire pocket, and it fits into the open (deep) side pockets. The fabric is very durable, and I have had no difficulty with the zippers (though the top hidden zipper pull can sometimes be hard to get at). Quality is great, straps are comfortable and very adjustable, and the bag has a cool look to it that I love. I also love all the clips and straps (great for a rolled up blanket or jacket).I even fit my pre-packed daypack and hiking shoes in there once—along with all my usuals (minus the hard hat, I think).However, it isn’t quite perfect: it’s really a 4-1/2 star bag, but I can be a picky over packer who is searching for “the perfect travel backpack”—“for me”—and this is still above its competition. The side pockets are difficult to get your fingers in and out of, especially the zipper pockets—especially if the inside of the bag is packed to its limit. More elastic fabric at the openings to these pockets would be a design improvement—but as they are, you don’t have to worry about things falling out of the open-top side pockets (just keep soft fabric near these areas in the inside compartment, and you can get a water bottle in and out easily enough; get something hard like a laptop battery behind there and it’s hard to use these pockets. Also, if the backpack is full, it does not fit into the smaller plane overhead bins, and it takes up the entire area under a seat—the flight attendants are not fond of it but haven’t hassled me, yet. If you are not flying, it’s great.

The media could not be loaded. My hubs and I are getting ready to move to Italy this year. We were looking for a weekend packer that would also carry our CPAP’s in it. This is perfect! Nice durables zippers, love the fabric, great pockets, roomier than I thought it would be! Can’t wait to use it!! I will update as I use it

I have used this bag for domestic trips as my personal item on an airplane, and no one has ever said anything about it. I like the lower compartment for shoes, though if you fill the main compartment before you put shoes in the bottom, you may not be able to fit the shoes in because the liner of the main compartment stretches down into the shoe compartment. I like the many many pockets in this bag. It seems durable and high quality, but I have only been using it regularly for about 2 months now, so we will see if it stands the rest of time. The one thing I wish it had that it does not is a sturdy handle on the top, not just the loop to hang the bag. I’d rather have a sturdy handle there than the lash tab/pig snout thing, which I don’t really use. Good value if you can get it on sale like on Prime day

This is a very well made bag, and it holds so much. I was able to fit about a weeks worth of clothing in it as well my tech gadgets and toiletries. I use it to travel and in my every day life. There are plenty of pockets/compartments, as well as a laptop sleeve. Works as a carry on when flying and is comfortable to wear, even when fully packed. I’ve even used it to carry groceries home from the store. Great bag!

Great backpack! I was able to travel with this backpack for 6 weeks throughout Europe. I brought 3 pairs of shoes (wore 1 obviously) and even my laptop. So much more space in here than I thought. (I am however a smaller person - I'm 5'2 and 115lbs so my clothing is on the smaller side). I packed a swim suit, 2 pair of shorts, 1 jeans, 2 sports bras, 2 T-shirts, a long dress, a thin cardigan, a raincoat, a plaid shirt, 2 pair of leggings, and a toiletry bag. + socks/underwear. I even had extra room for some souvenirs included an extra sweatshirt. Highly recommend this bag!

This is really too heavy (meaning that because of the thick denim, the bag weighs too much) to be a good lightweight travel bag. That's what I bought it for and I just ended up having to buy another one - one made of light nylon.Despite that, my wife absolutely loves this bag. For multi-day car-based trips, she just packs it up, tosses it in the back, carries it into the room or Airbnb or wherever we're staying. The bag works fine and she just plain likes the way it looks.What can I say - she has a sense of style, and "happy wives make happy lives."I certainly can't say your wife (or you) will like this bag. All I can say is, mine does. And to tell the truth, she looks kind of cute, carrying it.
